I had a good experience, except in the reservation. I have payed for a king rom but i stayed in a classic room. I had detect this diference when i have made the check out. I complained in curia hotel and the say that reservation was comunicated for a classic room. I hope that you could explain and give me a compensation for this reservation error. I hope hearing from you soon. Kind regards João

Very beautiful hotel that really manages to take us back 100 years in time. Magnificent spaces and a very good breakfast. However, there is one big drawback: the water in the shower did not heat up enough, which makes bathing unpleasant at this time of winter.

Es importante aclarar que la hora dé entrada es a las 3 de la tarde. Nosotros fuimos antes y nos tocó esperar aunque ña recepcionista luego nos dijo que podía ser las 4. Las instalaciones muy bonitas y la comida no nos gustó mucho hay restaurantes por la zona que merecen más la pena. El desayuno bastante bien

We had a great stay at the Palace! The room was enormous. However, there needs to be some updates. The physical key and print out paper receipts are a bit much, but didn’t matter too much. It was very clean and would stay again

The pool area was closed for renovation and we were informed after booking. The rest of our experience was good. The room was large and clean, the staff were friendly. There was a conference happening when we were there so the main areas were very crowded. The restaurant was only serving a buffet that night. Not too much around for dinner options that is walkable, but we drove a few minutes and found a friendly place with a great back patio.

If you like historic old buildings this one is beautiful. Staff very friendly and very good. Often went out of their way to accommodate you. Would stay again.
