Hotel sends you to red roof inn which has bed bugs and other issues. Trip refuses to send it to me because I didn’t make it to the hotel before 4. I lost 111 because of trips.com. 💩💩💩

I made it to the “Holiday Inn” or where I thought I was booked at. The website needs to be updated because it is not a Holiday Inn, it is a Red Roof Plus. But either way, my stay was fine all around. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Staff was all helpful and friendly as well.

The rooms have living rooms with a TV and a pull out couch in addition to a private bedroom.

房間差，酒店名字和地址不匹配，聯繫攜程客服，在告知客服手機即將關機的情況下一直讓我在錯誤的酒店查詢訂單號，總的來説攜程客服真的垃圾

VERY HORRIBLE
The hot water didn't work the ac unit didn't work like it should have been! The people next door they were fighting it was horrible kept us up all night then the people above us were jumping sound like they were going to come through the ceiling reported all this to staff members and they acted like it was no big deal! I had to be seen at the emergency room and my doctor because I caught something from the hotel due to the bedding not cleaned properly or changed now I have to go see a osteopathic physician meaning eye specialist. I tried to add/post pictures of my eye but for some reason it's not letting me! 🤬🤬🤬
