Good view, clean place but hotel’s service not professional….😞

服務：前台入住花了一個多小時，找不到訂單，經理過來不問情況，直接對我發脾氣，讓我走，説我不尊重他們，給錢也不讓住，第一次遇到這種蠻不講理的服務人員。我衹是問了一句，我等了一個小時了，你們要多久能處理好。

This is the second time that I have stayed at Occidental Tanger Hotel. This is one of my favorite hotels in Morocco and my experience has been great during the two visits. The staff are super friendly, kind and servant. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. The food was diverse, fresh and delicious. The hotel is well-situated and a walk away from the beach.

Dixil garden is one of the hotels that I really loved. Everything was good and well organized, all the employees were nice and treating us very well and it’s rarely when I find a hotel like that in morocco. It won’t be my last time bcs I’ll stay in it whenever I visit Tangier 🫶🏻

Nice hotel, value for money was ok , basic room, the only downside was at the reception the day of my check in, by a young man his name is othmane I think ! he tried to do anything to have my contact starting with his proposals , down to the phone calls, I find it's not correct to take customer information from their booking details, the big problem is that i see many other reviews on Google mentioned the same issue !!!

Dixil Garden Tanger is a very charming and relaxing place, it’s perfect for family vacation. The food is definitely an asset and the staff is nice and helpful. Reasonable price for the quality and services offered. Would totally recommend :)

We spent a wonderful week here with extended family. We loved the hotel; it has great decor, colourful with a fresh modern vibe. We had a suite which was super spacious, very comfortable bed, mini fridge, table and chairs, balcony etc, it really was a fantastic room. I like that they provided bottles of water, weather was very hot so important to stay hydrated! The hotel was spotless and the staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful- I did not encounter one member of staff who was less than stellar, so a credit to the management. A special shout out to the hard working Sharif at the pool who tirelessly supervised kids in the pool and ran back and forth setting up loungers and fetching towels. The breakfast buffet was very good indeed, great coffee and Morocco must have the world's best orange juice and watermelons! We ate often in the restaurant, the chef is to be commended as the food was delicious! All in all I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
