Amazing food, very nice and friendly staff. The view from the hotel is really wonderful.
Which I didn't like. The rooms look old now, maybe it's time to renovate them. That's my opinion only because i can find something what i dont like.

Lift did not work on a regular basis (four lifts to my room)... They seriously need to get this sorted .

Difficult to reach other places than the hotel itself. No bicycle reservation for example in Taurito. Mogan actually almost blocked as the road there closed - have to reach it through the motorway. Cleaning of floors in rooms not on satisfactory level.
Noisy on some evenings until 23. Noise insulation not on good level (but that is very typical in Canarias hotels).
Very nice views, pools good, food also.
A bit challenging place with small children, but the kids did not notice that :).

A fabulous holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful and food was very tasty with great choice. Pool towels being provided was very useful and the bud to and from the beach. Entertainment was not to our taste and mostly not in English which was a shame. Pools well looked after and pleasant to sit around. A great time was provided.

Great views of sea and balcony.liked adult Pool. There are a lot of stairs although lift options are available. Buffet food has sufficient variety. However could do more restaurants for variety. Has a nice beach club with great service. Walkable downhill in 10mins. Shuttle service available to and from. There is a charge for using sun beds.
Drinks of limited quality for an all inclusive. Seemed to want to charge for little things - for higher quality juice or premium brands.
No gym. Although available at their sister hotel for a charge.
Pics give the impression of beach as part of hotel - this is a little misleading. Recommend that narrative is updated so that things are clearer.
Has decent evening entertainment and drinks.
Staff are very good.

Great hotel ! We stayed here for a week, had interconnecting rooms which was perfect for travelling with family. Facilities were excellent, friendly staff , very clean, great choice of food including for myself as vegetarian. Courtesy bus to the beach club and nearby Mogán also great. Amazing views , would definitely go back 😀🏖️

I really enjoyed my stay my only complaint would be that there was no drinkable water in the rooms. Normally with all inclusives there is at least water in the rooms. Other than that everything else was great and I would go back again.
