Personel güler yüzlü. Tek sıkıntı kağıt mendil olmaması ve su verilmemesi. Yeterli depolama alanı olmadığı için konaklama iyi değil, duş ve lavabo sıkışık olduğundan duş odası da pek iyi değil.
Sabahları omurice yapmak için tüm çabayı göstermeleri hoşuma gidiyor, bir tepe üzerinde olduğundan yukarı ve aşağı tırmanmak orta derecede zor.

Çok güzel bir otel ve personel çok hoş ve çok hoş ve sakinliğin yanı sıra dekorasyonlar da çok basit ve hoş.

What I liked : Location, clean rooms. Breakfast is made for order.
What I was disappointed with: There is no designated parking lot. You have to park on the street if you are lucky. Very small size of toiletries.

Most impressive and above everything else was the super warm, homely and friendly staff at the property. You rarely find such personalised hospitality even in 5 star luxury hotels.
The location is central but a steep climb if you plan to walk. We recommend taking taxi as its not so expensive in Georgia.
The rooms are ok for the price, sufficiently clean and basic. They do have mini refrigerator, water kettle and Television, a plus is they have airco, useful in Summer.
Breakfast although limited is very homely (fine for the price).
Overall 10/10 for the service, 7/10 on property.

Excellent location, steps to Shota Rustaveli Ave. Excellent breakfast. However, the room was so tiny, that we could not even find a place to place the suitcases. To go to the bathroom at night, we needed to move a chair... Went to the Front Desk and told them we will be moving. They said no problem, they will refund for the unused time, but they needed to wait a couple of days before they even would get the money from **********. They never returned the money. Not only this. It was the first place where we used a debit card to pay for incidental, and the very day someone charged the card for $507.

The room surprised, it was very nice perhaps newly renovated. Some information in the room would be necessary like breakfast time
, cleaning the rooms ( only when asked), using the ironing board ( and also returning it). Breakfast every morning same, some change would be nice ( porridge, fruits, youghurt for example)

The hotel is within short distance to the city center. Don't expect to find the amenities and services of a 5 stars hotel. Night shift receptionist was very helpful and professional. Making beds and cleaning the room is the not the main priority of the staff here...Unless you ask. We'd have expected more professional behavior from the day shift receptionist. ( no smile, very poor english skills ).

We had delays in travel & arrival and owners were kind and very helpful in working with us. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our garden view.

Hotel with a lovely personal touch and friendly staff providing all the assistance you need,. The room was pleasantly furnished with a good bathroom and shower, while a typical Georgian breakfast buffet was laid out in a spacious hotel lobby where you eat from comfortable armchairs and sofas. Good coffee (not just powdered, unlike in some Georgian hotels). The hotel felt very peaceful, with our room looking out onto a quiet lane, but is only a few minutes walk from the busy thoroughfares of central Tblisi.
