Toplam 4 gece konakladığımız odada ilk 2 gün klima calismadigi için soğuktan donduk. Konaklamamız boyunca oda hiç temizlenmedi sadece havlular değişti. Son gün odada
sıcak su yoktu duş alamadık.

I hate leaving bad reviews if I can help it but it honestly this ruined my time while I was in Georgia. The attitude of the staff was just very off-putting. I felt unwelcome as a tourist. As someone who has traveled a lot- I've never experienced this before at a hotel (especially one of this stature) so it was quite shocking. The staff seem to all be young students. I never saw a manager walking around. You get a wonderful person every now and then but the overall attitude is one of annoyance or judgement if you needed anything. The security staff by the front of hotel were super unfriendly and cold. Never a smile or warm welcome. I was confronted by two of them coming up to me and talking to me like I was some hobo off the road, to not sit with my feet on my bag after we had checked out waiting for our transport. I am always happy to comply with hotel staff but it's HOW they go about it that just makes you feel so unwelcome. We also experienced a lot of wrong orders, slow service and a general attitude that it's you that is the problem not them. Which is a pity as the hotel itself is something to be experienced. I have submitted a report to the hotel so hopefully it's something they can work on and fix.

It is great to find a hotel which is brave enough to be “different”. The design concept is totally sympathetic with the building and creates a unique, quality, environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as a base from which to explore Tbilisi.

Beautiful hotel, amazing design, room was even better than on the pictures. Great location in the centre of the city. Highly recommend it, but the service at the hotel and restaurant could be better

We stayed in Stamba for couple of days. The room is very spacious to fit in 3 people. Very convenient location and lots of good restaurants nearby.

The post industrial design mixed with big plants is interesting but pushed too far. In the lobby water was falling from the ceiling forming puddles. Corridors and rooms too dark. Shower complicated, curtains hard to open and close. Taste of breakfast good but staff not attentive. Location good.

This hotel is a MUST stay when you visit Georgia. The rooms are designed to make you feel at home with clearly hand picked details in all aspects, whether it be the electric sockets, the bookshelves, the bathroom and shower, bed sheets, lamps, and so on. The service from all personnel encountered was professional, welcoming, and respectful. I cannot recommend this place strong enough. (While you're there, check out their rooftop terrasse.)

Stunning room! The bathtub was a highlight. Amazing service from front desk and bell boy. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! I would highly recommend to family and friends and I hope to return someday.

Wonderfully designed and decorated hotel. The rooms are huge they feel like suites, they are well equipped with coffee machine, mini bar, sofa, library, etc and are so comfy you don’t want to leave. The service is fast and fantastic. The hotel restaurant is must visit too if you aren’t staying here.
