I am sincerely disappointed with your hotel. paid for the hotel for 7 nights. we spent the night here only one night and then went to travel for 5 days. arrived and could not get into the room because the girl at the reception had no idea at all that we were in the hotel. further the number was not cleaned up. breakfast that we asked for at 8 we could not serve. skaschali to 9 30 in the end until 10 in the morning waited. I asked for an iron, too, they mowed it down, don't wait an hour quickly. The hotel couldn't be worse thanks for the impression of Georgia В номере грязно, отношение персонала ужасное. В целом в номере чисто кондиционер работает просто даже погладить вещи или попросить на час позже выехать хотя бы потому что у нас ночную рейс или сделай завтра пораньше на час хотя предоставляется удобство подачи завтрака по желанию клиента это просто маркетинг не более того так что я бы поставила двойку за такую цену бы нивкоем случае не стала снимать такой отель с такими осадка на душе

Visited the hotel with my friends and family . It is a average looking hotel with quite decent amenities. We felt we got value for our money during our stay. All the staff are so friendly and helpful . Special mention of Elizabeth who greeted us every morning at the front desk . She was very helpful and flexible with our requests. Even the housekeeper was amazing and helped us during the breakfast and with our everyday room requests . It is very safe for families and single travelers .However do not expect a five star service. The overall all service culture in Georgia is a very laid back one. I really loved it as we come to relax and are in no hurry. Best wishes for the hotel and its staff. If we come back we will surely stay here.
