Great value to stay in! 10mins away from Mount Austin.
Newly renovated, clean and many parkings! Will be back.

My 1st visit to Johor and found this hotel which is quite good.
Hotel room very clean however service not quite professional during check in, nearby no eateries and need to drive out to find food nearby.
Ordinary breakfast provided.
Other than that, still a good hotel to stay.

We initially booked a hotel which location and price are better than KSL hot spring resort for a holiday in JB. Accidentally found out there’s a hotel with hot spring. Therefore we change our booking immediately. We so expecting On of this hot spring. Finally when we reached the hotel, once settle down. We had tutor ywithout any delay. After walk into the hot spring pool. I fully surprised in the water temperature is room temperature. Secondly this is not the natural spring is only tapwater light normal swimming pool

We really enjoyed our stay in KSL Hot Spring. Our money spent with our stay was definitely worth it. Next time, if given a chance again, I will still book and choose this hotel because of the good service provided to us! Kudos to your team 🥰

This is my first time staying at the hotel. I booked twin sharing room and the room is small & no bedroom slipper, no hand towel in the bathroom, no shower cap, tv no signal, called the technician but its fixed but the moment technician left, it lost the signal again and at the end we stay in the room with no tv!
I have to say that the room and bathroom are clean.
I realized that the location was not convenient because it takes at least 20-30 minutes to reach PLCS like paradigm, Topen, and City Square.
Although the hotel provides umbrella, It was raining and the floor very slippery and to have a breakfast outside the hotel and to walk to the breakfast area in the rain with the slippery floor it is best for the hotel to sheltered where guests can be safe to walk to the place.
The breakfast isn't great, as there are other hotels that offer superior buffet spreads, but it's a decent buffet that comes with the cost.
Final, it is an average hotel with average hospitality. Need improvement .

Upon check in, spotted cigg ash and cigg butt at the washroom.
Had to manually clean it up myself. Previous stay was good, but this time not sure is it cause the housekeeping person didn’t do his Job properly.
