Sehr gutes Hotel mit perfekten Service und excellence Lage nur leider mit einer nicht dazu passenden Bar die alles vermissen lässt was in einem solchen Hotel angemessen wäre

Overall experience is very good. Sauna & Massage staff are very professional, General staff are friendly and helpful. A bit pity that the bar wasn't fully ready to serve snacks or finger food. The heating on the first or second day wasn't working.

We stayed for one night only and we really enjoyed it, mainly because - the location of the hotel is perfect - great views and you can still comfortably reach lake by walking - there is a perfect walking trail around the lake, we loved it - we booked three rooms and had them ready next to each other - the spa is very very good, nice panorama sauna Breakfast could be improved - especially eggs were terrible but otherwise OK Dinner nice restaurant, for us not a good choice - not typical german food, but cooked for us extra from lunch menu and was good, appreciate it! I would come back to this hotel, thank you for a great service 🙃

Ideal for a wellness escape. Great breakfast. Excellent staff. Excellent free yoga classes. Panorma sauna is breath taking. However, an ice bath would be a nice addition to the spa. Rassoul treatment highly recommended.

We stayed for new years for a few days and must say the location was fantastic, but the service and the quality of the food were disappointing, especially the dinner of the 31st was a real disaster as we were put in a secondary room while families and kids were seated in the main room and we had the impression the whole arrangement was wrong, but probably the management favored friends over good sense. After doing a bit of research we discovered the hotel was acquired years ago by a local insurance company that explains the lack of oversight and that sense of welcome you’d expect top ranking 5 stars!

Thanks for all teem and I suggest to increase number of service team. Spa is exlant. I would to come bake again. The Location Has very nice view. I think that there is needing for golf car. Breakfast need s more kinds and more service.

This is a very unique hotel located right on the amazing Tegernsee in Bavaria. I have been to this hotel twice now and I highly recommend it for a true 5 star European Hotel experience. There are three buildings to choose from and the highlight for me was the pool and spa areas with amazing views from the outdoor pool.

Wonderful relaxing stay, the hotel was perfect, staff friendly, spa fantastic, and the views, the views!!
Breakfast was first class, re food the only tiny point would be to mix up the evening menu a bit more regularly, perhaps with a few daily specials.
Will be coming back.

This was a strange hotel for me. In some ways excellent, but in others falling short of the mark for the star rating. The location is stunning and the views from the hotel are great, but, it's set on the side of a steep hill and you need to be mobile. There seem to be areas only accessible by stairs (such as the dining room) so no good if you have mobility issues. The hotel consists of 5 buildings connected by covered corridors and walkways. This makes it feel very disjointed. We stayed in the Alpine Chalets and the walk to the spa is a decent schlep, along corridors, up stairs and with a few lift rides in between. There are limited public areas in the hotel and limited seating in those public areas. Whilst there, the Alpine Brasserie, Schloss bar and Atrium bar were all closed (although there was no good explanation as to why) and the Biergarten was also closed due to the weather. This meant the food and drink options were extremely limited. The Alpine Chalet room was a mixed bag. Fantastic views, but pretty basic for such a highly rated hotel. It was fine, but at the price you would expect a bit more. The good bits? The breakfast and breakfast dining room were great and the spa area is very nice. Great indoor and outdoor pools and a fantastic sauna area. All in all though, not a great experience and not one I'll be repeating.
