房間老舊，房內設施無升級如空調，聲響較大且效果一般，洗手枱無過濾裝置，飛蟲較多；網絡不穩定，時常掉線且會斷電；房間清理不規律，需要催促前台才會最終完成每天的打掃；且這三晚的費用較高，性價比低。

淋浴設施出水控制手柄脱落，可以湊活裝回去，但需要比較小心的使用；房間空間較大，適合兩個人入住；房間Wi-Fi效果較差，需要優化。

We had a very nice stay here. Thefree breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety as well as an omelet station. The pool is located on the floor where the bar is which we were not thrilled about. We did not go in the pool for that reason. If you want a good variety of food for lunch or dinner you need to eat at the restaurant on the first floor. The restaurant up on the terrace dis not have a large selection of food, but what we ate was very good.
The rooms were very clean and the bed nice and comfortable.

Had to carry several suitcases by hand because there no luggage cart available and they were unwilling to change currency as other hotels in the area such as the Hotel Real Intercontinental. An inconvenience when arriving on a weekend, even when asking for 40 or even 20 dollars. They did stick us in a room with a torn shower curtain too. Breakfast was okay, they had perhaps 7 or 8 items.

I had reserved a room for 2 people last minute change plan to 3 persons one of them it was under age and the front desk they charge me 28. Dollars extra , they did not gave me an extra bed . The towels were super dark they are supposed to be white they look brownish they need to buy new towels they did not provide shower towels, no shampoo, no toothpaste 🙄 I would I go back again to this place ??? 👎 nope

I love the hotel in it entirety. The only thing I didn’t like was that the television was not working in my room & notified front desk about it from the first day. They said they was going to send someone to fix it & they never showed up. I went to the front desk again & I let them know & still nobody showed up.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel. I did not really get any special treatment as a returning customer. Also the building and the room we stayed is lacking some fresh paint and just some TLC, it is starting to look neglected. The breakfast buffet or during the holidays the free ala carte breakfast can us a an overhaul on the choices. If you stay here for more than a few days like I do (a week). You will get bored fast with choices on the buffet or menu.

I will give this place a 5/5 stars only because it’s a good hotel. Clean and comfortable. But the customer service is lacking charisma.
