Arrived in hotel at about 1am Dhaka time, to realise that my room didnt have electricity, hotel made arrangement for me to stay at another hotel at 1 am!
Was drained and tired, hotel claim that they couldn't contact me as I'm using my foreign number. Howevery they could have forseen this and emailed me or try other means to reach out to me.
Room was clean and decent, the dining area seems to be infested with mosquito at night.
Had issue with payment, apparently the staff wasnt charging me properly, i had to pay extra for my driver to pay outstanding for me.

lakeshore有兩家酒店，banani這家門口沒有停車位，房間還算安靜，早餐也可以，服務也熱情。

This is my second time here and my stay has always been lovely. The staff have always been attentive and caring. The food is great! The hotel is also located near other shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and I look forward to my next visit. 🤗

The staff was extremely accommodating and the hotel’s restaurant was delicious - and most importantly fast in making the desired dishes as most places like taking their time. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

stay with my family couple of days we feel like a home. Specially Manager Jaman , Masum and prem,Jony chef take care of us as a family member. Front desk staff are soo helpful our every needs they reached so professionally. Thanks to Housekeeping all staff they always trying to give us every day cleaned stay . Overall our stay was remarkable with @Lakeshore_Suites family for their excellent hospitality. I will visit again to this hotel when I will come to Dhaka.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lakeshore Hotel, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.The staff provided attentive service from check-in to departure. My spacious, clean room offered a comfortable retreat. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

As a first-time visitor to Bangladesh, I couldn't have asked for a more welcoming experience than my stay at The Lakeshore Banani. I was struck by the warmth of the staff and the elegance of the surroundings. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by the spaciousness and modern design. The room was tastefully decorated, with every amenity I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. When it came to dining, the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I was treated to a culinary journey of authentic Bangladeshi cuisine, with each dish bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. From traditional breakfasts to sumptuous dinners, every meal was a delight for the senses. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of top-notch hospitality, comfortable accommodations, and delicious food made my first trip to Bangladesh truly memorable. I can't wait to return and experience it all over again.
