Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express our disappointment with the service we received at the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv during our recent visit. As international guests, we had high expectations for a seamless and comfortable experience, but unfortunately, our encounter fell short of these expectations. Our group consisted of ten people, and we dined at the Manara Restaurant within the Sheraton Hotel. Following our meal, we approached the Hotel receptionist/concierge to request assistance in ordering taxis to transport us back to our respective hotels. Regrettably, our request was met with a refusal to help us arrange transportation. The receptionist suggested that we use a local taxi app, which posed a challenge as international visitors without access to the app. Despite our explanation, we were met with further reluctance to assist us in organizing taxis. Consequently, we were left with no alternative but to venture outside the hotel to hail taxis on the street. This experience was far from the level of service we anticipated at a renowned establishment like the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv. It was, in fact, the worst experience we have encountered during our travels. We believe that a five-star hotel should consistently provide exceptional service to its guests, and we were disheartened to find that this was not the case during our stay at the Sheraton. We hope that our feedback will prompt improvements in customer service and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar difficulties. We trust that you will take our feedback into consideration to maintain the reputation of the Sheraton Hotel as a premier destination for international travelers.

The service here is excellent and friendly, especially at the lounge and for breakfast in the restaurant downstairs Adan, Maria, Janice , Elena, Mazal, and Anastassiya are excellent and very attentive to every need. Jessica, the receptionist for breakfast in the restaurant is always very welcoming and friendly. The staff at the hotel make it truly rewarding.

I recently stayed at the Marriot in Tel Aviv and i had a wonderful time there. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. I spent most of my evening meals on the 18th floor lounge where Elena , Janice, Anastassiya, Adan, Maria and Mazal worked. They are absolutely wonderful, attentive, kind and make you feel at home. I would recommend this Sheraton to anyone visiting the Tel Aviv area.

Amazing service . Hotel was very clean. The staff was so nice and helpful. Daniel the guy from the pool was so friendly. He makes amazing mixed drinks.

This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. We live locally but try to go 2-3 times/year. It is well located on Tel Aviv Beach and the service is excellent. On our last trip, we told the front desk it was my birthday and they sent up a bottle of wine and chocolates. I especially want to praise Daniel at the pool bar. He really went out of his way to assist us during our visit.

Great staff throughout the entire hotel but especially in the lounge. The wonderdul ladies and gentleman Elena, Janice, Anastassiya, Adan, Mazal, Maria, and Marlin are always a pleasure to interact with. Chef and kitchen staff do an amazing job providing a variety of dinners that keep your taste buds satisfied.

Outstanding. Service. Facilities. Really wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay extremely enjoyable. The Club staff were unreal. All of them. Selection of food was impressive. It was always readily available. Well done.

This is in a perfect location! The club lounge staff is wonderful they are always smiling and super helpful! Love the breakfast selections and nightly as well! What a view from up here best in Tel Aviv ! Only thing that’s super annoying on Shabbat there’s no espresso machines ! This is an international hotel ! I’m a paying client ! If you can collect money, then you could turn on the coffee machine. It’s such a BS! Not everyone is Jewish . And the staff is not because they are working on Shabbat! The rooms are nice had a junior suite but very noisy need better windows . Bathrooms need better ventilation! Had a musty smell . The housekeepers are fabulous seriously so so sweet ! 4 nights was enough .

The Sheraton is a fantastic hotel, location is beachfront, spacious rooms, stunning beach and city views and amazing service. The executive club lounge is also very welcoming. The food is great, and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Janice, Marilyn and Anastasia were also very helpful, kind and made the experience so great. I have stayed here many times before and would highly recommend booking and staying here on your next trip to Tel Aviv!
