Arasatu Villas & Sanctuary

Staying in the floating villa. Very nice and clean room with sunroof and direct access to the ocean. Friendly and helpful staff, all the food is prepared on time at the requested schedyke, overall worth it at its pricr point. Would definitely come again

Our 4-night stay in Arasatu was wonderful and we definitely will stay there again if we came again to Maratua! They offer excellent customer service and nothing beats the ocean view and direct access to the ocean like what Arasatu floating villa offers. Our mom joined us and she has trouble walking due to her osteoporosis. The hotel staffs especially Pak Agus Salim (GM) were all respectful and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We were touched by his humble kindness and down to earth attitude. His customer service was above and beyond and he frequently approached us to ensure that our stays were comfortable. We still remember how Pak Agus Salim and the hotel staff personally assisted our mom to board the boat safely! We left the hotel with a positive note and making our stay an unforgettable one. Thanks for everything!

What a amazing resort in Maratua Island, fabulous room direct access to the sea, equip with snorkeling equipment, friendly and welcome attitude staffs, delicious dinner. I got lucky to saw beautiful sunset, thank to Friendly GM Pak Agus and entire team. Well done !
