A few things were unsettling about this hotel: we had to frequently call the front desk for items that should have been in the room: soap, towels. The pool was dirty and the hot tub unusable. One of our keys didn’t work after the first day. The smoke detector had been left exposed on the wall, with wires hanging out. When service came in, they only emptied the bathroom trash and never touched the other parts of the room. We expected more from the Hampton name.

Very good customer service but they only clean rooms if you stay four days. However they did bring towels and empty trash

Me and my sister had booked a double queen bed room 2 months in advance. When we arrived to check in at 3, the manager told us they only had a king bed room available for us! We had two senior citizen family members with us and that wasn't going to work. They offered a roll away bed. It was horrible service. The manager should have put us up at another Hilton with the same rate but instead she said we would have to pay $100 more for that. Horrible guest service. Stay away if you have a party more than 2 because they might give your room away!!!

Only thing did not like is when pulled cushions off the couch bed there were crumbs from people eating it it was never cleaned

The hotel was nice, but was unable to accommodate holding our luggage when we arrived early. Also, the hot tub was out of service.

They were remodeling and the hotel was dirty & noisy from construction work. Also had to wait to check-in after promised check-in time because room was not ready.
