This hotel is DA BOMB! Rooms are big, staff are friendly. It's a pretty new hotel actually. Good location. View from hotel room is awesome!

The staff was very friendly and professional. Sylvester in the valet was fantastic and went way out of his way to help us when we had a problem. We’d definitely come again.

Good - Location, valet, cleanliness

This hotel has class and a good location. Mill Avenue attractions are within a few steps. The staff were uniformly courteous, including housekeeping, front desk,and at Library Rules. We did not dine in the hotel at all because the prices are prohibitive.
Parking is too expensive. I moved my car to a garage on Myrtle Avenue. The staff did a good job of removing valet charges from my account.
The water pressure on the 15th floor is very low. There are not enough clothes hooks in the bathroom. Thank you for providing robes.
For travelers, I recommend a room away from the street. Noise can be an issue on Mill Avenue. However, surrounding streets such as Mirabella and Myrtle were noticeably quiet. It is helpful that these streets are safe.

Absolutely loved my stay at Omni. I learned that this hotel was built in June 2023. Everything still feels pretty new. Service was amazing. Never hesitation to take care of requests like needing a tea kettle. Everyone honestly was so nice. The amenities were great. The gym featured three Precor treadmills, two peletons, Precor elipticals, and a Precor Stairmaster. This in addition to kettlebells and other stationary weight machines. Absolutely loved it. It is rare to find the hotel gym stacked like that. I will say the gym still small for the size of the hotel and can get busy. Loved the rooftop and pool area. Second to the gym the pool area was a favorite.

The stay was great however I was not informed of fees such as Valet I was charged $39 per day and a destination charge of $25 per day other than that it was a really nice Hotel

It was a nice hotel the area is a college town. Lots of street racing and homeless at the cbs across the street.

Housekeeping was so disappointing didn’t bother getting it after first day. And only 2 towels in a King deluxe room seemed ridiculous. Valet pay was slow and inconvenient.
