This place is good for the price, you get what you pay for although the location is not the best by any means. There’s a lot of sketchy people hanging outside the hotel rooms at all hours of the night.

I stayed here once before and it was clean , but this time the room was disgusting and there were cock roaches , and the people that were staying there above me and just in the general side where my room was were loud all hours of the nite ! Will NEVER stay at this motel again!!

Stayed for one night in March 2024. Hotel is located about 10 min of Phoenix airport, which was nice.
Room was clean and decent. It's a budget hotel at a decent price, so don't expect much. I would describe it as "no-frills". While I wouldn't suggest staying long-term, it's OK for short trips.

A one-bed room was $160 a night and it was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When I checked in, the clerk working at the front desk told me I owed a $50 deposit on top of the $150 I was charge that morning, so when I asked for clarification she couldn’t provide an answer and decided to charge me for the whole weekend and deposit up front (forgivable). That, coupled with the filth and cost of the rooms was not worth it. I would have expected more from a room half the price.

Would never ever stay here again. The room was disgusting. The floors were filthy, hair that was not mine all over bathroom. Room key was very easily deactivated and staff didn’t even check ID when getting it reactivated !! If you’re visiting Tempe and this is the only room in your budget, just don’t visit…oh also, forgot to mention roaches

Access cards had to be recoded daily
Toilet seat was loose
We had to change units because of noise from construction
We got pots dishes and cutlery but no cleaning supples to do dishes attention to detail was lacking

This facility is not a good/safe neighborhood in our opinion. There were no toiletries, other than two small bars of soap. The refrigerator had not been cleaned, although it was larger than expected. No blow dryer, asked for a third pillow for the room and they had none. The floor was dirty. We will not stay there again.
