We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and found that it more than met our needs. The room was large, modern and clean, and the staff were quite helpful. They also provided a nice breakfast selection. While not particularly close to the downtown area, there is a grocery store and outlet mall nearby.

My wife & I used this hotel two different nights on a road trip from Santiago to Argentina & back. While a few miles off the carretera, the hotel is quiet, clean, and inexpensive. The staff was very responsive and professional to our questions and requests. The only downside for us was lack of evening dining in and around the hotel, but we discovered a very good restaurant closer to downtown called "Mercato." Surprisingly good pastas.

I noticed improvements. I was placed in a quiet room with isolated windows, the a/c unit run perfectly with constant fan which I like. Firm and soft pillows to choose. Even I was called respectfully by my name at the front desk! Definitely this hotel is re-gaining my confidence.

They called me while driving to the hotel to ask my arrival time. I don't know the reason for this since I paid in advance. I was pushed to pay the tax immediately instead of at the check out that is what I do in other hotels where I pay along with restaurant tickets. Otherwise, the hotel room is quiet and I liked it.

Personal spoke good english, we got quick and correct service, that is not so in every hotel . For us it was important, we were late, tired, hungry. Street was a little noisy, but anyway we slept well. In the morning yard was clean and fresh like after rain- what a nice beginning of the day.

Nos alojamos en el hotel por una noche!!!…excelente la atención de la recepción , las piezas estaban muy bien equipadas ( hasta con plancha y tabla de planchar), aprovechamos de bañarnos en la piscina y nos dieron las toallas que es un buen punto !!!…al otro día tomamos un rico desayuno ( muy variado ) y me pude traer un café para el viaje en un vasito muy cómodo , ademas cómo queda a la entrada de Temuco , nos fue muy fácil salir de la ciudad para seguir nuestro camino al sur!!!!…por último el internet un 7 de bueno!!!

Me gusto la atención en general, la ubicación esta maravillosa y la estadía estuvo muy agradable. Solo cuando uno hace la reserva podrian comentar los beneficios de aloj**** con uds. por que realizando el Check in me indicaron que habia acceso a piscina y como no sabia no pude utilizarla, en el correo de confirmación podrían incluir lo que incluye la estadia, ej.: Piscina, desayuno tipo buffet, etc.. Todo lo demas excelente.
