Arapey Oasis Termal Hotel

Pools are nice, good temperature of thermal waters. Yard around nice. Bathroom needs improvement. Extra beds, added terrible. Surroundings need improvement. Only the big Resort and Golf is excellent a 5 Star Resort.

Definitely the best hotel in Uruguay. I am a local and have stayed at many hotels in the country and this one is by far the best one. The location is excellent to relax as it's literally in the middle of the countryside. The route arriving to the hotel is very bad but fortunately, as of August 2022, they have just started fixing it. We did almost every activity offered by the hotel: pool games, cinema, horseback riding and biking. They were excellent! The food is amazing. Usually buffets don't serve good quality food but in this hotel it was superb. I am a chef and i was very critical with the food but i couldn't find any problem. I will definitely go back!

Excelente hotel all inclusive. Todos los servicios. Variadas actividades para relizar, tanto para niños, adolescentes y adultos. La comida tmb mucha variedad. Habitaciones cómodas. El hotel estaba lleno pero se disfeutó cada espacio

Fortunately I got a very good offer as a birthday present so I have booked this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. This is the first experience of all inclusive in Uruguay and it was worth it!!!!! We have been in Spain, Turkey befire so we have a pretty good idea what this concept means. -Everyone was smiling and saluting - Very nice diversity of parilla ( meat on the grill) -The main chef was very nice and giving the fod as we asked ( we like for example well cooked the omlette or pancakes) - Our boy's wish to go wtih tirolesa ( a kids activity) appeared in our last full day if the hotel so he could enjoy it - so they listen and adjust their program also - We are very much on time regarding the eating time and the food was ready - They really try to entertain you and offer a very nice service for the money and from our perspective they did their best For sure we will come another time and we are warmly recomending this place for a nice escape from the daily rutine if you live in Uruguay, specially in the cold season here.

Vamos todos los años desde que abrió, 1 o 2 veces al año casi una semana cada vez. Por segundo año consecutivo nos dan una habitación en la punta alejada hab 147, en pésimo estado de mantenimiento, puertas que no cierran, cortinas sucias, botón de inodoro roto, baño con puerta blanca toda sucia. La puerta no podían cerrarla mis hijos por la fuerza que había que hacer. Estuvimos 6 días, ya no hay paseos caballos y nadie nos avisó, tampoco funciona el paseo en jeep arapey, las actividades son escasas y los chicos se aburrieron. Muchos empleados nuevos y con poca experiencia, en el bar nos volcaron sin querer los 3 café hirviendo encima provocándome quemaduras en la pierna, jamas nadie se acercó a preguntarme cómo estaba. En la piscina los flota flota todos rotos, lleno de hormigas rojas por todos lados inclusive adentro de las piscinas, mi hijo y sobrina con picaduras. Lo único que mantuvieron es el nivel de la comida, lo demás, un hotel q necesita mejoras urgentes.

El hotel un lujo, se nota que es moderno. La comida es excelente pero lo mejor de todo por lejos es la gente de animación! En especial Patri y yani que se encargaron de que la pasemos excelente incluso fuera de sus horarios laborales. Bastante maleducado el gerente que no saluda a Los huéspedes pero el resto del personal 10/10

El lugar te ofrece una experiencia divertida y tranquila para poder disfrutar de cualquier actividad. Las habitaciones están tan bien ubicadas que puedes acceder a las piscinas con facilidad. Cuentan con animadores que te ofrecen experiencias de diversión asegurada.

Lugar hermoso lugar muy disfrutable mucho espacio verde y varias piscinas grandes , el servicio espectacular todo limpio impecable y el desayuno es espectacular.Las habitaciones amplias y comodas picsina limpias y grandes , el personal muy amable, desayuno muy amplio varias opciones y todo exquisito!
