This is very basic and the surroundings aren't great, but two things that make this place good are: 1. It's right in front of DY Patil complex. 2. If offers everything basic that you may need and in a clean manner. I could go on and complain about a few things, but what worked for me is that the place was clean, room was decent enough, sleep quality was very good. No foul smell, no stained bedsheet or no stained bathroom floor, it was all good. And to add to it the staff was very cordial and helpful. To add to it, prices are quite reasonable.

4. I recently stayed at a hotel that i would describe as good, with a slightly above-average experience. The service provided by the staff was quite good, and the room itself was comfortable and satisfactory. While there weren't any standout features, my overall stay was pleasant and met my expectations. Decent stay with good service and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed a comfortable stay with good room and service. Missing accessories, but working appliances. Parking was mediocre.

I stayed here for attending an exam in dy patil medical college. The hotel staff's behaviour was very pleasant and helpful.

The photos of room shown was not allotted. Very bad and cheap quality room was allotted. The hotel manager said that the rent of this room is only whereas charged me rs. Firstly hotel manager said that there is no booking in your name. I shown booking voucher then after an hour he allotted me room of very low quality. I'm totally disappointed. Total waste of my money.

The hotel staff was extremely rude. Nobody to pickup the luggage. Dirty towels and torn bedsheet. Bugs infested room.
