Fully booked weekend, we only stayed one night, Saturday-Sunday. Breakfast was so disappointing, no eggs, no milk, no yogurt, no bananas, hardly any pastries or toast. How do you not have these staples on hand? At the very least, run down to Bashas and buy supplies for your fully-booked weekend guests!

We were in town for a baseball tournament booked a room here. Everything was good until I got a room on the third floor and the elevator didn’t go up to the third floor between my husband and children and stuff and all the baseball stuff he had to go up the stairs from 2nd to 3rd wasn’t too bad, but still the Amount of money I paid for one night elevator should be working. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly. Excellent customer service.

Elevator not working, and ice machine not working on the third floor hard on the knees going up and down the stairs

Well first of all pool was freezing cold even thou it was heated, hot tub was out has well as the elevator..i had to take two cold showers and my children too...wont be staying there again

Had a room on third floor, elevator was broken. Had a suite and only had one television. Breakfast was less than good, potatoes weren't cooked thoroughly, cereal was stale and the fruit was only a few apples

The morning of the 2nd night there was no hot water to shower before checkout. I advised the front desk in person. There was no offer of a discount or any further discussion as to how they should compensate for this!

Favorite place to stay while in Safford. This time I was disappointed in my stay.
No remote. No extra either. Had to hand do the tv. Got to be annoying.
There was only half a roll of toilet paper. And trash in drawer. Food in ice box.
Other than that-the breakfasts are amazing.
The pool is relaxing and nice.
Every visit is spent here.
