Nice clean comfortable hotel a bit out of town where all the tourist hotels are located. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. King bed was very comfortable and nice big shower albeit slow water pressure. The mini fridge had no ice compartment snd was very small but better than nothing .

I had a wonderful short stay,. Clean room aircon was cool and very modern room. Awesome outdoor pool and spa plenty of onsite amenities. Rstaurants and buffet breakfast and room service is a bonus being onsite. ****** and gym onsite, 15min walk to main street and hiring of bikes onsite too. Washing machine and driers available on every floor and a wellness centre. Will return and stay again.

The rooms were very run down, stains on the carpet and chair. Far from what the pictures look like on the website.
They ran out of hot water on the first day, so Cold showers on the first day. The staff were friendly no complaints about that. But just overpriced in my opinion.

Very happy with the service, checking in and out, the room and location, the breakfast was also amazing and good value for money. The pool is luxurious and great after a long day travelling. Will stay again

The hotel was overpriced and not up to Crowne Plaza standards. The internet was intermittent, the hot tub jets didn’t work, the printer in the business center didn’t work and the restaurant staff were slow and difficult to understand

Alvin and Renee were quite friendly… Everyone else hardly understood what I was talking about… Language barrier. The property is in a repair and needs a renovation desperately. Get a Mountain View room if you can swing it. If you have allergies, the lobby and other areas of the property are quite odiferous. The staff are not really accommodating… Be prepared to do a lot of your own thinking and work. They don’t cater to you at all.. Often times made me feel like I was a burden. And I’m not a high maintenance person.

The property was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable.
Owen the breakfast chef was very friendly and always had a smile. He’s service was fantastic and he was a happy.
