Rude staff. Poorly mainted property. Walls are very thin you can hear people from other rooms.

The only negative thing is that there is no coffee service at the hotel. You to walk or get a ride to the conference center. It was 20-25 minutes to and from.

The service here was amazing. A couple friends and I went here for a mom's getaway, and it was a dream! The pool was great and relaxing. The lazy river was nice too, even if it was a little small and got kinda crazy sometimes when the pump went off to keep the current going. The poolside beef nachos were to die for, but we also loved the wings.
We would definitely go back! It seemed super family friendly too with a lot of fun pool activities for the kids.

When we checked in our room had no ac. The staff was aware and didn’t tell us. We had to wait in 87 degree room until it was fixed. My only issue was we weren’t told about the problem. When I went to the front desk I was told it had been broken all day.

Bought a resort pass from resort pass for a cabana. They did not have the reservation on file so I asked if I could cancel my room. My sister in law ended up making a room reservation and reserving a cabana since they did not have the reservation.
I was charged for the room and resort pass also charged me for the cabana.

Coffee shop was not good. Ordered 3 different types of coffee. All were bad. Order room service coffee due to the bad coffee shop experience and imthebciffee tasted good but was like warm. The pools were nice. Grounds were keep nice as well. Rooms were clean and newer. Breakfast is a Buffett only so better to go out and experience the local restaurants.

We had a confirmed 12 Noon Checkout and while I was in the shower and my wife was changing into her clothes at 11AM, a new guest (family) with a key to our room attempted to enter our room. Not only did the Hilton give someone a key to our room while we were still in it, but they didn't even bother to clean the room for the next guest. Still waiting on the promised call from the Director 5 days later... front desk seemed equally unconcerned.

The AC in our room did not work. We called the front desk twice and asked for a fan. Each time they said it was on its way yet we never received it. When we went to check out, the front desk all but called us a liar, pointing out that records indicated we had children with us, which we did not. She pulled out a sheet of paper that did have a complaint about the AC, stating that another room was offered, but because of children, the occupants did not wish to move. Again, I reminded her we had no children and that was not our room. Apparently they had our room confused with another room that complained about the same issue, and had children. It was a very hot and uncomfortable stay. A positive was that the restaurant food was excellent!
