The very best resort in Thekkady and near too.!! Very well maintained and premium Rooms and fantastic views.!! Staff are very kind and professional.!!! Food tastes amazing but slightly costly.!! We went with family and it was nice experience !!

Niramaaya Resort & Spa at Thekkady is an awesome quiet and serene resort set in the lap of nature. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The food was very good and we enjoyed all our meals there. Recommended for a peaceful break from the city.

Me with my friends loved staying here. Though the road to the resort is poor, ambience of the resort and the service they provided overshadowed everything. It is around 2kms away from the main town.. Anyone wishing for an isolated secured stay in mid of mild dense forest, can definitely opt for this. Service - excellent We personally would like to thank Mr Prakash, who assisted us throughout and arranged vehicles and tickets for the visits and made our trip a smooth one.. Rooms - stayed in a mountain view wooden room.. it had a private balcony and the view was amazing.. so calm and relaxing to the eyes and mind only thing we missed there was- a mirror with a well lit lamp Food - good

This hotel has so much potential, but unfortunately falls short at all levels. We stayed in a Mountain Cabin and were originally booked in for 2 nights but decided to check out early due to our poor experience. Staff are all incredibly polite and helpful. Spa facilities are good with a range of treatments fairly priced. Unfortunately the rooms feel very tired and aged. The tap in our room was broken - when we called reception to fix it the handyman simply propped it back up and did not return until we called back again 30mins later. When he returned he brought muddy footprints in to the cabin and all over our bathroom floor. We then had to call down for a cleaner. Towels provided were filthy - they were visibly brown/ discoloured and extremely tattered. This hotel really does have so much potential. It’s located in a prime location overlooking the border of periyar national park. It’s so close, you can actually hear elephants at night and have the chance to spot wildlife from the comfort of your balcony. Unfortunately, this cabins rooms desperately need updating.

This was our perfect destination, we stayed two nights with family.... Niramaya is beautiful and Amazing , it's a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The rooms are very neet and clean, everything is perfect in the room. The view from the balcony is awesome. The food is excellent. All the staff members are superb...... Special thanks for mr. Anser and thilak.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The location of the resorts is really amazing, completely isolated from the busy city life..The staff was really kind, Mr.Anzar called us a day before and guided us the route and helped us in a smooth check in.We stayed in Mountain view room , that room was a different experience. The room is spacious and neatly maintained. We had evening high tea and snacks which was very nice.The swimming pool is really nice , our kids enjoyed the pool and they were really happy. Thank you team Niraamaya for your outstanding hospitality and service. It was our perfect destinatio.we will definitely visit again with my family because "Niraamaya is amazing"

Nothing to do here… Resort very poor.. Rooms are average .. Staff also not active… No activity for kids and adult both.. Very very small resort… Swimming pool only for adult, not for kids.. Dining area also not decorated or not manage.. Not value of money.. Just for location only for piece & rest in room.. that only applicable for value of money.. Room mein beth kar only rest karna ho tohi aana room k bahar kuch nahi hai.. Food are very good that only nice here..

Niraamaya, Covered with Nature:It was my first trip to Thekkady with my family.We booked Niraamaya for our 2 nights stay in Mountain view room.Wow...what an ambience, The services of staff were excellent.Special thanks Mr.Ansar, i appreciate his outstanding customer service and courtesy.The pool is really nice,and the spa is excellent,We enjoyed our stay and Thank you Niraamaya team.This is a very carm and peaceful place for your vacation.We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.
