Gokulam Grand Trivandrum

I had an amazing experience. The bedroom and washroom was very clean and they had good collections of all necessary essentials. Fantastic food. Great customer service. The staffs were very polite and kind. Overall, I would rate 5/5 and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Having watched videos of the Gokulam Grand before my trip I was looking forward to my stay . I have to say the place exceeded my expectations. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean . I only had breakfast there as I had made other arrangements for lunch and dinner both days I was there but the food at breakfast was all very tasty . I had the local cuisine but there are ***y varieties to choose from. You will not go hungry. I am staying in the same hotel next week and will be sure to have dinner there as well. Excellent value for money . I have stayed in much more expensive hotels and the quality and customer service has not been as good as the Gokulam Grand. Lovely comfortable bed with a great view of the estuary from my window. However the most important aspect of hotels ( and I have stayed in ***y in India) is the customer service and this was without doubt the most impressive I have ever received. My special thanks must go to the room service staff. Anamika, Babani and Ramraj were superb. In particular Anamika who could not do enough to make sure my stay was comfortable and always with a smile.. Thankyou Anamika the towel elephant was the icing on the cake. Also the security guys . What a lovely bunch of lads. Always remaining professional as while as keeping me entertained. Thankyou Ranjit, Babu, Mohammed, Pramod . Looking forward to returning next week

We recently visited Gokulam Grand Hotel , and our experience was absolutely fantastic. I want to give a special mention to Santhosh, who facilitated our booking. Despite the short notice, Santhosh expedited the process and ensured everything was perfectly arranged for us. The lunch buffet was wonderful, offering a wide variety of options. The local cuisine was particularly impressive, and the dessert section was a delight. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our visit a great success. Thank you, Santhosh, and the entire team at Gokulam Grand Hotel, for making our visit memorable. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service by reception and travel desk staff. Breakfast had a good spread. Room size was pretty good. Welcome drinks and wet wipes offered was a good gesture felt so soothing. The lady at the front desk has a very pleasant smile. Property is very close to my office, will go for this hotel next time as well.

Stay was peaceful and especially the house keeping services was good and cleanliness was extraordinary. Thanks Babina for the room service and the decoration

Great hotel to stay. We spent almost over a month and we had a comfortable stay. It was the best time we had there and we enjoyed a lot. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and courteous. We loved the infinity pool, there’s a really nice Gym. House keeping staff was very courteous. Babina & Ramaraj provided excellent service with the room cleaning. Thank you Gokulam Grand’ for making our stay a memorable experience in Kerala, India.
