The A/C defaults to 23°C and Hot Water is not available during evening and Night.It would be better if there was a Fan because 23°C without wind will make you sweat when sleeping

Poor ac maintanence. Had a horrible nite. Cooling stopped in midnight, they provided another room but we including children lost almost two hours of sleep. My wife had a interview in the morning. This happened to the two consecutive bookings in two months.

It was an average experience as we found cockroaches and they got into our room without our knowledge to clean atleast they need to inform regarding the cleaning

Decent location at road side. Neat and clean rooms. They have all the necessary requirements like, tv, heater, hair dryer.

The rooms are good but the wash room are totally out dated for a hotel of this standard. It is not maintained well. The centralized ac was very noise in the night and even stopped working for couple of hours. Only thing positive is the behavior of the staff. I had a free breakfast option and the quality of the food was good.

Room service is not at par with other similar hotels. Only mineral water on a chargeable basis. No ro or uv treated water available for normal use.

Good hotel to stay staff members are well mannered, caring and quick in delivering service. No guest can have any complaint against the functioning of the hotel. A guest who visits the hotel wil feel to visit again and again as it is located in the heart of trivandrum city with good facilities.
