As an Accor Member I booked the hotel for a family member and gave my card details to pay for the room, As I have done for hundereds of rooms before. For said family member to be told on arrival we are full - we will move you to a nearby hotel but you have to pay for it yourself - Really, you have my card details now you want theres too?? Guest paid as was late and only night porter on duty and then moved to different hotel - IBIS styles manager was requested the next morning to ring either myself or my wife both PLATINUM members but gues what no call and no communications. We check our account today seems the booking has ben cancelled by ACCOR Why we have no idea and the guest is still in the hotel (other hotel) and we still need to pay remainder of week ! Multiple calls to hotel no return calls - manager is alwasy too buys but will call in 1/2 hour - never does. ZERO COMMS dodging the issue seems his best plan. DO NOT STAY HERE
