This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need.
The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

We enjoy our stay at the hotel. Everyone was super friendly, kind, and helped with our questions. The hot tub was big and warm for a the night , We stay one night and can wait to go again. Thank you all! 😊

Great restaurant, pool, jacuzzi,
Rooms, views, staff.
5 stars all the way
They have a desert garden on the 4th floor that is very relaxing and very beautiful
Bilingual staff who are courteous and very!!! Very !!! Professional. The restaurant is superb. Great staff who are there within seconds to make your meal as enjoyable as possible

There’s only one thing I wish for it’s the escalators that are going outside of the building would be a little bit slower going down because of my age

Quartz hotel was easy to check in. Staff very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, modern. Shower head not the best but water had good pressure. Breakfast was included, had some tasty chilaquiles my daughter had fruit and toast.

Incredible experience! Loved every aspect of this hotel, from location, food, gym, room service, view from my room, exceptional staff and service over all! So much food variety around the hotel as well, this is a GEM! Book this hotel, you will thank me later!

The Quartz Hotel is a great place to stay in Tijuana. They are very attentive and have good customer service. Located near the us/mexico crossing line and a quick drive to Playas de Tijuana Rosarito and Valle.
