Ужасный отель, невозможный запах, не работающий кондиционер. И дополнительный депозит больше сем стоимость номера о чем нигде не написано на trip.com

I booked a premium concierge room but there was no concierge or concierge level and all the rooms in the facility are premium the person that checked me in sent me to a room that was occupied and when they finally gave me my room there was no apology no perks nothing this place is a real rip off

It is my opinion that there is no finer hotel to stay in while in Tijuana than the Lucerne Hotel. My lady and I have stayed there twice, both times in the K Tower and we have had exceptional experiences both times. From the cordial staff to the first class rooms, you cannot go wrong staying at the Lucerne.

From the service, to the food, to the amazing rooms .. this hotel never lets me down. I have been coming here for years now and its always my first choice for the area.
