Merhaba, 14.04.2024 tarihinde Te Stela Resort otelinde konaklama fırsatı buldum ve maalesef yaşadığım deneyimden oldukça hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Bu yorumumda, otelde yaşadığım hijyen ve hizmet sorunlarını paylaşmak istiyorum. Öncelikle, oteldeki hijyen koşulları oldukça kötüydü. Özellikle, otele yerleştiğimiz gün akşam yemeğinde ekmeğin içinden canlı bir böcek çıktı. Yetkili kişiye yürüyen böceği göstermemize rağmen bizi hiç ciddiye almayıp yanlış görüyorsunuz dedi. Bu hijyen skandalına rağmen, otel yetkililerinin bu durumu ciddiye almaması ve sorunu çözmek yerine küçümsemesi oldukça düşündürücüydü. Misafirlerin sağlığını riske atan böyle bir durumun otel tarafından ciddiyetle ele alınması gerekirdi. Sonuç olarak, Te Stela Resort otelinde yaşadığım deneyim oldukça hayal kırıklığı yarattı ve bir daha asla tercih etmeyeceğim bir mekan olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Hijyen ve hizmet standartlarının yükseltilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Hello, On April 14, 2024, I had the opportunity to stay at Te Stela Resort hotel, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. In this review, I would like to share the hygiene and service issues I encountered at the hotel. First of all, the hygiene conditions at the hotel were quite poor. Especially, on the evening of our arrival, a live insect came out of the bread during dinner. Despite showing the walking bug to the responsible person, we were not taken seriously and were told that we must be mistaken. It was quite concerning that the hotel authorities did not take this issue seriously and instead of solving the problem, they belittled it. Such a situation, which puts the health of guests at risk, should have been taken seriously by the hotel. As a result, my experience at Te Stela Resort hotel was quite disappointing, and I would like to emphasize that it is a place I will never choose to stay again. I believe that hygiene and service standards need to be improved.

This resort is one of the best resorts I've ever been to. Its a little far from the center but 100% worth it. The staff is super friendly and lovely, even though they have a lot of work, they still find the perfect timing for their clients. The resort itself is beautiful and luxurious with wonderful room balconies from the pool. the restaurant gives a variety of delicious dishes, traditional and modern plates.

Lovely clean hotel with a lovely pool and excellent food served throughout the day at a very reasonable price. Superb service from check in desk, housekeepers to the restaurant staff - most polite, courteous and helpful especially Orger, Kleo, Ersida, Denisa, Andela and Beqar as well as the lovely housekeepers who were always polite, courteous and most helpful. Although slightly out the way there is a regular bus service 5 mins walk from the hotel that takes you straight into the centre.

Nice place but it didn't help much when I had to sit in the floor in front of my room to get WiFi to do my online work. The receptionist said that they will send a technician to fix it but he never came. Alban

From the moment of the welcome till the last momment it was great. Services, food bell boys. A very good expirience for my 34 pax group. It is not so easy to make a israely group happy but hotel te stela have done it, big time.

Wonderful Resort. I used to celebrate bdays with family and friends every year. We always have a great time !!!! The food is delicious, the service excellent 😊 The pools are fantastique, very clean and also the hotel is very nice !!! Live musique in weekend was fantastique with the best beer and food.

This is my second time here and like 5 years ago I had a great stay. Everyone working here is nice and available for any needs. Reception, Restaurant and facilities are great. Position close to airport is a "plus". For short or long stay it's highly recommended. Many options for your free-time into the Resort (pool, gym, spa ... ). Food is ok with a great choice of dishes.

Wonderful We had a great time !!!! The service was fast and good, excellent 😊 The pool was so clean also the hotel !!! Thankfully God blesse you all p.s you will not be regret if you choose Stela Resort!!!
