Отель находится в очень маленьком городке. Сам отель - хороший. Мне достался новый номер, шума не было. Очень чисто убирали каждый день. Из недостатков могу отметить: отсутствие шампуня, плохо работающий холодильник и отсутствие стаканов в номере. За стаканами я обратилась на ресепшн, меня послали в бар, где выдали пластиковые стаканы.... Сама взяла стеклянные, поскольку не пью из пластика. Отель и сама Тиррения - идеальное место для отстранения от мира. Жизнь в городе замирает часов в 8-9. Ходить некуда. В 2х минутах ходьбы от отеля хороший супермаркет и несколько ресторанов. Ни в одном из них еда особенно не впечатлила. Море - шикарное. Очень чистое. За чистотой пляжа тоже следят. В получасе езды на автобусе от отеля - Пиза. Делать там нечего, кроме посещения башни, но это недолго - максимум минут 30. Благодарю за отдых.

Genel olarak muhteşem otel - yemekler harika, özellikle akşam yemekleri. Odalar gerçekten temiz, havuz alanı çok güzel, plaja çok yakın, hemen dışarıda yürüyebileceğiniz güzel bir park, çok sayıda mağaza, doğrudan pisa'ya giden otobüs! Personelin hepsi çok arkadaş canlısıydı ve bizim için yeterince yapamadık. Harika bir tatil ve kesinlikle geri döneceğim!

We have just got home from such a wonderful week in Tirrenia. Everyone at the hotel made us feel welcome and were there to help without hesitation. The room was amazing, we had an adjoining room to the kids. So spacious & clean!! Big windows with great views. Pool was huge!!! Kids loved it! There is so much to do in the surrounding areas, from the beach, to bars, shops, patisserie, water park, markets even a late night funfair.

Very dirty, pool area pure concrete and plastic. We are absolutely shocked. Old and 70ies style with concrete everywhere. Unfortunately not a recommendation at all for us. Also to get to the beach you have to pass factory style areas, parkinglot and freesing machines.

Our recent stay at this 4-star hotel left much to be desired. Firstly, the interior is incredibly outdated, giving the impression that nothing has been updated since the hotel's inception. The TV in the room is a small LCD screen, and there are no power outlets near the bed—only two next to the TV. This made it inconvenient to charge our phones overnight. The internet connection was painfully slow and often disconnected. The quality of the dinner buffet was poor, with very limited choices. Breakfast was no better, offering a minimal selection and few fresh options. The cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar, and it was evident that under the bed hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, disrupting our sleep throughout the night. Additionally, there was mold in the bathroom, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a 4-star establishment. The pool cleaning schedule was poorly managed, often taking place during peak usage times instead of early morning or late evening. The shower was cramped and not user-friendly. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and did their best to assist us, but their efforts were overshadowed by the numerous deficiencies of the hotel. Overall, the experience was akin to staying in a hostel rather than a 4-star hotel. The numerous issues we encountered were completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
