不錯，離雅拉公園很近，餐廳、SPA都不貴，衹是晚上一開門，各種蟲就會飛進來，下水管道聲音很響，不過也算還不錯

a nice and neat place to come to. from the start all staff seemed professional and very friendly. everything was nicely clean and calm on the place. got a wonderful massage from the pleasant, skilled female masseuse. rooms and cleaning were nice and clean. Restuarent food was so good expecialy for aldults. Maybee some french friche and patatotos for kids .Proffesionel staff and friendly in restuarent also. they arranged a birthday table for our son, it was so nice and in order. luggage staff bar man gardener waiters receptionists all mam met at this place were smiling and friendly.

Surrounded by beautiful greeneries and famous Thissa lake.. perfect location with perfect staffing.. Highly recommend for everyone who needs to relax, enjoying, family gathering and all.. stayed 31st December even though whole team really busy with Gala dinner they all personally attend to each and every guest..it’s perfect whole team indicating the meaning of srilankan hospitality.. General manager De Jonk, F&B manager Srimal, & chef Pradeep Hk and FOM put their step down work with whole team.. We feel 5star service in Chaaya.. I feel this is what you expect.. Had been staying few 5star hotels in Colombo and Galle before stay chaarya.. This was the best property you must visit.. Perfect Srilankan cuisine as well as western..cleaned rooms plenty of spaces in rooms.. Finally it’s perfect place that you must visit…

We had one night staying at Chaarya Resort & Spa which happened to be Valentines Day. We were greeted by welcome drinks with heart shaped melon on them and also received a valentines cake to our room as well which was a lovely touch. The food at the buffet was amazing, all tasted great and a lot of variety was offered. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was very nice but my favorite part was the spa. I booked in for a massage and it was delightful. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. I would recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Yala park or just in the area.

We stayed at the Chaarya resort for two nights, while visiting Yala National Park. Our room was located on a long block, and had a small patio area at the back which was almost right beside the swimming pool, which was very useful! The room was spacious and comfortable, and well-provided with toiletries. We did have a minor problem with a dripping air conditioner, but this was attended to promptly. The dining room offers buffet meals (including breakfast), and there is a very good selection of both Sri Lankan and western cuisines. Drinks service was efficient. The hotel facilities are all clean and modern, including the pool and the gym (although we didn't use the spa), and there are plenty of sun-loungers available. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful resort everything was perfect, rooms are large and clean with a lovely view of the gardens. The staff very friendly and very efficient. Everything about this place is just beautiful. Great value
