Hyatt Place Titusville Kennedy Space Center

We had a wonderful one night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely booked this hotel again!

Convent location to Kennedy space center. Booked launch view which was not needed 1. There were no launches during our stay, 2 we had the same room/view previously with booking a regular room not paying for launch view. Big plus is the included breakfast!

Overall it was a nice Hotel very clean but pool has hardly no privacy and as soon as we walked in to check in no staff was around we waited 5 months for someone to come around. Then when we left again no one at the front desk.

Could hear the outside roof top AC unit over the lobby in our room. We were on the 2nd floor. Very disturbing.

We were disappointed there was no microwave in the room. No microwave in the breakfast dining area on the first floor which we could use either! The breakfast was disappointing with cold potatoes, eggs, and pre-made waffles. There were clumps of potatoes on the floor for over 20 minutes and no employees picked up the food, despite the fact there was a guy behind the bar nearby who was standing there looking around doing nothing. The coffee in the room was poor, and there were insufficient creamers and sugars to dampen the poor taste. The only 2 powdered creamers we tried to use left the coffee very black. Liquid creamers in cups, instead of powder packages, could probably make the coffee palatable. There was only one tissue in the tissue dispenser in the bathroom when we arrived. It appeared that someone (possibly the cleaning staff) stuffed the one tissue in the dispenser and left it that way. Because we arrived late in the evening, we had to go down to the front desk the following morning and request a box of tissues. The grounds and the building themselves are attractive, but our experience left us disappointed.

Our original room had a maintenance issue before we arrived but we were given another, larger room instead. When we opened the door, it was obvious it had never been cleaned after the last guest even though it was around five p.m. We were then given a different room, much smaller, unsure if it was what I had originally reserved. The lobby was dusty and the breakfast so-so. Overall, a nice hotel with friendly staff but for almost $300 for one night, I’d have expected a little more. I will go for a less expensive option next time because I really didn’t see the value.

Had a problem with the T.V. in the room. maintenance came over and it work. We then had a problem again shut off the T.V. The next morning we tried to turn it on and it took several tries before it work. I mention it to staff when we check out.

The staff was great. Even when they were tight on rooms, they squeezed us in for a check in so we could get to a wedding. Thank you!

This hotel was really convenient to Kennedy Space Center, so it was great for us. The room was comfy and the shower was great. My only complaint was that the breakfast was a little dull, but otherwise we had a nice time.
