A hotel atop of a mountain literally and metaphorically. Very nice views, pool, resturant, service, and serenity all around. I will come back to this hotel one day. And it's very worth the affordable price.

i recomend the hotel, is clean, the rooms, the pool, hallways, bathroom, beds, the restaurant, everything is clean, honestly was a surprise for me, ( i was in The Hard Rock Hotel 6 months ago in a Jr. Suite, and thats expensice, smell bad, i have some compleins with that Hotel) but in Radisson Tapatio Guadalajara i have a good experience, the buffet is plenty delicious, the service is excellent, i was for 6 days and everything was excellent! definitely i came back.
Also the rooms are big and very quiet, my girls an i was very satisfied.

Servicio excelente buena atención del personal
Comida riquísima y una excelente vista
Solo un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado no funcionaba pero si se pedía proporcionaban ventiladores
Piscina bastante grande con chapoteadero para niños pequeños y temperatura del agua estupenda
Habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas

Alot of the hotel was really good: price, cleanliness, on site restaurant and quiet. But the door to my room felt very flimsy, like a good gust of wind or a simple shoulder shove could knock it down, it's a secluded area so I wasn't too worried. The biggest annoyance was my room key not working 4 times, it was a quick fix but having to return to the front desk 4 times was very irritating.

This whole place looks like it's been abandoned. None of the maintenance has been done no landscaping the walls haven't never been painted in years. The pool was dirty, the room smelled like the carpet was moldy. Power went out while we were there would not recommend a new one. This used to be one of the top hotels in Guadalajara. Now it looks worse than any motel 6

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my limited Spanish. I didn’t get to utilitize room service if your room isn’t in same building you either have pay cash or go get food. My room was very nice but super cold I called to ask for someone show me how turn on heat no one came but I figured it out. One thing to note the doors are wood and seems like they cut out portion to put metal lock that doesn’t seem that sturdy if someone wanted to get in. And with that being said around 11 at night someone was knocking on my door I couldn’t see out peep hole because it was foggy I called front desk reported it and didn’t happen again but it did frighten me a bit

This place is up on hill, with great views, in the middle of un upscale residential area, but next to a slum. Furniture is beaten down and outdated. Also, you have to drive like 5 Km south to go north (or cross through the slum)

Very very good place to stay beautiful views to the city of Guadalajara.. We enjoyed everything great food at the Hotel restaurant specially the buffet in the mornings. good service at the restaurant. We sure going to stay here in our next visit to Guadalajara
