Villa Mitirapa

Villa Mitirapa is a little heaven on earth. This place is very relaxing and peaceful. Carrefour and others shops are up the road, and free parking are very convenient. The villa has its own small private beach, big cozy bed and clean. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay in tahiti near teahupoo for surfing for amazing waves! The villas are super clean, and have all installations to cook and are all waterfront. They all have their own parking spaces! I am amazed at this place and will come back there when i go back to tahiti! Best stay i had in polynesia!!

We stayed in Villa Hotu for 3 nights and were impressed by the spaciousness of the villa, the tidiness of the garden and the beach access. Pros • The villa is big – for the two of us, there was a lot of space. It would cater for a family easily (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plenty of lounge areas inside and outside). • The king-size bed was comfortable and had good quality linens (actual linen, not just cotton). • The wifi was reliable and fast. • The kayaks looked brand new, although it doesn’t seem like every villa has two kayaks. We had to ask to borrow an extra one so we could both go out kayaking together. • The plunge pool and cabana were nice touches, and were clean. • Good off-road, sheltered, parking – yes, you do need a car as the property is not in easy walking distance of shops/sights etc. • Very quiet and peaceful. No loud music or road noise. Cons • There were some maintenance issues – oven didn’t work, the bathroom taps were wobbly/broken. There weren’t any eating bowls. • Glassware isn’t glass – it’s all plastic except for the champagne flutes. • No kitchen supplies provided. Basic staples of oil, salt, pepper would have been handy. • As others have said, there are mosquitoes and there is not a mosquito net. This meant keeping the bedroom doors closed and using aircon as needed. Mosquito coils were provided. • There’s not much fish life in swimming distance of the beach. We only started to see signs of fish when we kayaked a couple of hundred metres offshore.

The property is simply amazing. We liked that the location is more isolated. They also did an amazing job with the furniture and make it very special. However, we had so many mosquitos (late May) that we could not enjoy it as much. We had to stay in the bedroom with full AC as it is unbearable to deal with mosquitos.

La villa Hinano est en très mauvaise état et ne correspond pas aux images trompeuses de la présentation ! Endroit infesté de crabes de terre avec une multitude d'énormes trous . Tout est vétuste et mal entretenu. Réfrigérateur rouillé,murs douche/sanitaire délavés et crasseux ainsi que les murs extérieurs. Vraiment désolant pour les tarifs affichés. Aucune réception, personne n'est sur place. Je ne recommande absolument pas et déconseille cette location !

Très joli site mais il y a pas mal de choses à revoir. Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, 1 transat (défectueux) pour 2, 1 seul kayak… Il faut peu pour faire mieux. Un bon coup de rajeunissement des gîtes serait le bien venu, remettre en ordre également les systèmes de douche qui sont obsolètes. Il ne faut pas rester sur ses acquis… lorsqu’ils datent depuis qq temps déjà, surtout au prix de la location.
