G-Stays Shinjuku

The resort dining options were limited to a food court or high end dining, the Hard Rock Cafe was closed for two days and the Rise cafe was only open for breakfast, had to leave the resort to eat! The room was subpar, had a broken curtain that you couldn’t shut and the shower was a tub that water pooled on the floor, for this price should be a walk-in shower. Overpriced for average amenities !

After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about staying at the Hard Rock. However, we had a great experience. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean and no smoke smell. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice. There are multiple dining options to meet every budget. The later you are in the ******, the smokier it will get which is to be expected at a ******. We saw a great show and appreciated not having to deal with parking and driving home after. We are not gamblers so we would never stay here unless we were there for a show. But we would definitely stay there again and again for a concert. We loved it!

The entire stay was a pleasure. Not quite an all inclusive, as everything is a-la-carte, but after check-in all we wanted was within...until we departed.

Loved all the resort had to offer- the pool areas are fantastic, ****** fun, and excellent variety of quality dining. Only complaints were no early check-in allowed before 4p when we arrived and all the pools closed at 5p; it was like we were being forced to stay in the ****** as much as possible haha we missed out on doing alot of what we wanted the first day as result.

Beautiful hotel and very well maintained with lots of restaurants and excellent place to visit . Beds extremely comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit while attending Jerry Seinfeld .

My sisters Stayed in 30339 & I was in 30646. For b birthday getaway we both were supposed to have late check out apparently only one room was assigned late check out then I called at around four in the morning just to make sure that everything was set because we got in late and did not wanna have to worry about waking up early I was never told that only one room had a check out and check out was 11 at 9:55 housekeeping started reading the doorbell my sister‘s room that was also late check out doorbell started from 950. This was just a very horrible way to end such a lovely night that we had. It was just so annoying they kept ringing it even though we got up and I said we had a late check out didn’t care like half an hour and they came back and they rang the bell again and I was like for that experience I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt so annoyed like you were being forced out

Nice place to stay after a concert but dont eat at The Hard Rock Cafe- terrible service!

arrived at 12 room not ready said they text me when ready never did `not professional,

No smoking room yet. All you could smell was cigarette smoke. Ashtrays outside the elevator doors on every floor. Cigarette burns in the carpet. Food stains or at least I hope they were food stains throughout the carpet. Black mold in the shower and tub. Shower curtain was black with mildew at the bottom of the curtain. A three day stay and never got maid service. Paid $40 a day for access to the pool that was open from 10 AM till 5 PM! Elevator, hallway, hotel room, no matter where you were the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke was everywhere!
