1. 入住登記慢及服務差 - check in 當時排隊的人較多，被要求改用機器登記，表示會從旁協助。可是中途服務人員收走了我們的passport卻走開了做其他工作。而且機器不會為客人配給鄰近/同層的房間，最後還是要回到櫃台人手改配房間。(不建議用他們機器登記入住)
2. 個別客服人員態度差 - 岀入浴場及升降機需要拍房卡，去了浴場後因卡壞了回不到房間樓層，到前台要求更換新卡但被拒絕，且回答態度差。後來又因卡回不了房間又需要請人開門。後來找另一服務員親自前來在他們面前拍卡，開不了才成功換房卡。
服務分其實想給0分，但系統最少要給1分。

酒店房間比較小 28寸的箱子無法平鋪 這是之前已經預想到的 唯一的優點是酒店有澡堂 大家可以同時洗 節約時間
但需要吐槽的是 酒店服務裏明明寫有行李寄存 我們中間有天要去富士山 想把行李寄存在酒店一晚 第二天來自取 checkin的時候問前台 回覆不可以 第二天我們正好有問題就又順口問了下另一個男前台 回覆我們 可以的 退房那天 又碰到第三個前台 又堅決的對我們説不可以 除非當天晚上箱子拿走 如果後面幾天也住在這個酒店 可以接受寄存行李 否則就是不行 我們後面幾天住在他們同品牌的另一家酒店 前台也不能接受 前台的英文也不怎麼好 我們比劃了很久 討論下來酒店衹能幫忙把行李寄去下一個酒店 收費2000多日幣一個28寸箱子 摺合人民幣100多元 因為實在不想拖着箱子去富士山 就讓酒店寄走了 如果後面的朋友也有同樣的情況 記得這家酒店是不接受行李寄存超過一天的（除非後面幾天也預訂了他們這家酒店）

Felt safe, the room was big enough and had all the amenities. Staff were helpful but difficult to reach when on the 15th floor and your on the 5th floor. Clean hotel with a lovely restaurant attached. Checkin and out was easy

The hotel was very well located near gotanda station. Udo the receptionist greeted me at the lobby was very friendly and explained all the information I requested for patiently. The toilet was adequate but nothing fantastic. The room just about had enough room for 2 people. The onsen was nothing to rave about and only had 2 pools one indoor and 1 outdoor and the area was very small. Good enough stay but not sure if its commensurate with the price to say it was value for money.

The location is perfect, directly connected to Haneda, next to train station and plenty of good and cheap food around till late. This delicious dumpling shop is near the hotel

Nice hotel and convenient location. However it doesn’t has car park. It’s quite expensive the parking lot around.

This hotel is great, room was nice, structure and services too. Position is ok just the neighbor is kinda “ ************ area” but no danger and no problem, just not my favorite environment.
Everyday cleaning with new pajamas was great too.
Wifi work perfectly and you have everyday free water bottles in the room.
About the position is 4 min by walk to JR line, connecting you to Shibuya in 12 min (170¥) and Tokyo station in about 20 min which is great.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is conveniently located within 5 mins walk to Gotanda station. Highly recommended.

Fantastic front desk service. Was a little challenging getting to the hotel from Gotanda station as we did not spot the escalator that connects the station platform to Level 4 of Tokyu Square. Instead, we exited form the ground floor of the station and ended up having to negotiate several road crossings to get to the hotel. Tip of the connection was shared by the front desk staff upon check in. Perhaps this could have been communicated to guests earlier.
Breakfast staff was rather stern when we hit the 10am mark. We had to end our breakfast abruptly as an elderly female staff came, gestured and remarked ‘stop!’ My family was taken aback. I understand the Japanese sense of urgency when it comes to time, but perhaps the staff could be more gentle especially when it comes to family with kids?
Otherwise, fantastic room, great location, value for money.
