Citadines Central Shinjuku Tokyo

Location of this hotel is about 10-15 min away from shinjuku sanchome station. The underground can link you to a pink line station but just got to walk. Amenities is abit little and right Infront of the counter. Overall was quite ok, just don't be bad luck in having bad room neighbours around as they might slam the door so hard and affect your sleep at night

Terrible, the worst hotel I've ever stay at Japan. Pls do not book this hotel. Location: it's located right opposite of nightclubs, bars and pimp bars. It's very rowdy and noisy at night even we stay at level 13. Every night you will see black people loitering around the nightclub areas. Room: we booked and paid for the premium twin bed room. Photos show the twin bed is joined together with study and bed side table at the side (from the attached last photo from hotel website). The room given to us was totally different from photos. The room given to us was with 2 separate twin beds with bedside table in the middle which the table cannot be moved due to the electrical wiring. We have to joined the beds on our own and we reinstated the beds before we checked out. The carpet is old and dusty, bedside table poorly maintain, cracked basin, dirty and scratched walls, old and not working well air-conditioning. Pillows were small and dirty. Nearby Amenities: There's Lawson right below the hotel. You have to walk to the opposite street for more food. The money exchange machine at hotel lobby level 3 has higher rates than any other area. Level 3 (receptionist) and Level 1 is not connected. Have to take separate lift at level 3 to access to level 1. Hotel provides Yamato Transport Service. Have to bring your luggage down 1day in advance and receptionist will arrange the delivery to your next destination to be arrive by next day afternoon. Overall experience, overall hotel room and interior is very rundown in comparison to the price we pay. With the same price I can stay at better hotels. Difficult to sleep at night due to noise from nightclubs, bars, police cars and ambulance siren. Pls do not waste your $$$ to stay at this rundown hotel. Its not even worth a 3star from me. Don't know why this hotel has such high reviews but in reality it's like a rundown budget dirty and poorly maintained hotel.

Great location with just 8 mins walk to shinjuku JR station which is accessible through the underground walkway which is easier when pulling luggage. staffs are friendly and rooms are great for the price. There is a lawson below the hotel which is great!

Amazing experience lovely hotel with great service and clean rooms.

Very nice location for shopping and connecting to JR and other routes. There are good foods and services. Convenient store is around in few steps. We would revisit this hotel next time.

A hotel in the middle of a busy nightlife city. Walking distance from the main train station. Room a bit small by my standard but is clean. Plently of food around the hotel area. See photos attached.

Definitely a great location which is within less than 10mins walking distance to 2 Shinjuku subway/JR stations. Service is very good for an Ascott group, the lobby is big & it smells nice. Room in Japan is small as usual but enough for 2 of us and it is very neat & clean. Housekeeping is great too. Lawson is just below the hotel which is very convenient but there are a few "foreigners" walking around at night to invite you to their "clubs" so must be careful. There are a few restaurants on the same street, we tried 1 of them & it's very good & local.

Room was small but i guess most hotel rooms at Japan are about the same size. Location was great. Love the hotel. Front desk staff very helpful and svc is great.

Old and outdated hotel facilities. Location is dirty street with lots of *******. Staff is not professional without telling any ASR membership benefit. DO NOT recommend to stay at this hotel . The worse Citadines I have ever stayed
