The hotel had a good customer service.they allow me to keep the luggage for free. The room is enough for 2 people with the facilities. It has coin laundry

Room is a little tight but amenities are sufficient. Appreciate having the small kitchenette to wash things outside the toilet. Toiletries are good quality. The double bed was a bit one was a bit tight for my husband and I and our 6 month out son who we had to tuck at the corner against the wall.

Please make it more hygine in all terms. Carpet is dirty&dusty. No everyday room cleaning service.

One of the good price hotel is the Iriyaguchi hotel of the Mystay group. The nearest trainstation is Inaricho station of the Ginza line. This is one station away from Ueno train station. It is still walkable and it takes 20 minutes to walk. The hotel has induction cooker. A laundry services jist next door The washer is 200 yen, dryer is 100yen per 15 minutes. How you will be able to find this hotel is wheb you leaves inaricho station, turn left and walk till you see a big signage Mystays on the left, 2 streets crossing away. Turn left on the third crossing and yoy will see the signage. If you happen to see Mystays Ueno east, this hotel will be on the pther side of the same building. There is a public bath, an indian curry shop close by. There is a Macdonald for those who craves and it opens at 7am in the morning The hotel has induction cooker, a microwave if you want to cook. It is an old hotel but it is filled with the basic amenities. They do not have safe deposits and do not do housekeeping for 2 nights stay. The hotel is very safe and even when we have coins on the bed, they would put nicely on the table. If you are coming for sakura, it is wise to book early to avoid sold out. We booked thisbin January. Definately will return if we return for Sakura viewing again. This hotel has quite a nice view on top and you can see a small Tokyo skytree from the roof too. So before you leave, take a nice shoot.

I think if you're looking for a budget stay, this is it. Location: Ueno is far from Shinjuku, but I really like the east side of Tokyo (Ginza, Asakusa etc), so distance from Shinjuku was not an issue for me. On the contrast the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and convenient with a couple of different metro lines you can take. Room: It's small. But it's also Tokyo, so it's kind of understandable. However it's quite old as a building, and it can honestly benefit a lot from a renovation.

Room smell bad so bad. Especially in the floor and the toilet has bad odor.

Nice hotel, good location! We stay for 4 nights, There are no room cleaning service during the stay. You can change the towels and night gown at the lobby. There are a lot of amenities. The room was a bit old but the shower and air-condition is working well. The central wifi signal is poor in our room but they give us an small wifi router instead. Their service is good. They can speak english well. The nearby station is inarichou metro station (Ginza line) and ueno station

The room is quite small but it’s ok for two people. The location is not far from Ueno and 15 mins walk to express train to airport.

Highly Recommend hotel. Very nice place to stay. Prime location which is nearby Iriyaguchi subway, Family Mart and not far away from the heart of Ueno. Fantastic layout, cleanliness, .Lastly, Super service mind from all staff. Very very impressed.
