This bedroom space is good for families and with the laundry service, is excellent! The room service can be improved , though it wasn’t clean enough. Location is great ! Many big shopping malls and food, restaurants nearby, will definitely stayed there again but room service needs to get improvement . There is no airport transfer to Narita airport, hence recommended to ask hotel to book transport at $180 sgd or lug your luggages to take train to airport

Location is okay as its only behind Washington shinjuku hotel where it has bus stop for both narita and haneda Lawson convenience store is also nearby Rooms are quite small but its tokyo, what can I say Receptionist are okay, as some can speak English, some can't. I was having problem with washing machines and the receptionist was telling me that she will refund me money but she never come back and give me and I ended up waiting for quite a while before her colleague came in and put out of order sign in the machine but without refund me the money so I ended up waiting again for the money

Love the room layout for our family of 4. Hotel had a boutique feel to it and very clean. It’s not the most convenient location if you like to be within steps of a train station or markets but we didn’t mind the 10-15 minute walk to start and end our days.

非常適合全家出遊。房間非常大，很舒適，房間洗臉枱和淋浴間乾濕分離，馬桶是單獨在一個房間。一家人分開使用非常方便。還帶廚房，有基本的廚具和餐具。房間有大的桌子，方便孩子們繪畫、吃東西。房間四張床，足夠一家人使用。房間的佈置簡單而不失温馨，木質日式風格，孩子們很愛。地理位置極其方便，步行可到上野站，搭地鐵、城鐵都非常方便，周邊餐館也很多。真心推薦！

All staff (counter and cleaners) are extremely attentive and helpful. Provided assistance with the luggage forwarding too. :) Location is within close proximity of the stations and a few restaurants. Cleanliness of the room is extremely clean and my kids love the Pokémon room.

The hotel is a walking distance from the nearest metro station. But once you are familiar with the route, it becomes easier to navigate. My family booked a 2-bedroom suite; there are 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a furnished kitchen & living room. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Not bad if you want a ‘home’ away from home.

Good location, go anywhere is easy.closed to shopping area but quite.. All staff are so helpful and quick response. The room is prefect for whole family, two bathrooms is so convenient. A big dinning table is wonderful for mealing and discussion. Washing/dryer machine in this room is helpful. It would be great if some more place or hangers in the bathroom for exchanging clothes when taking shower.

Really helpful staff and provided more services than expected, I.e. free e-sim. Room was very well equipped and spacious and surprising convenient in terms of location. Easy to get to the metro and go anywhere in Tokyo and really helpful to be right next to an airport limousine.

Our stay at Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori will forever be memorable, not just because of the comfortable space, but because of the incredible people. We were travelling as a family of four and the room was wonderfully spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it so comfortable and convenient for our family. The location is great and everything about the stay felt easy and family friendly. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional kindness of the staff. We encountered a stressful situation during check-in when we realised we had left our passports behind at our previous hotel. Riri and Sandra immediately stepped in and went far beyond their call of duty. They listened, stayed calm with us, and actively looked for solutions. Sandra even reached out to her personal contact to help retrieve our passports, something we never expected and will never forget. Because of their initiative, care, and genuine kindness, what could have been a travel disaster turned into a moment of deep gratitude and relief. We are so thankful for Riri and Sandra, and for the heart behind the service at Mimaru. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori to families looking for a comfortable, convenient, and truly caring place to stay in Tokyo. Great location, walking distance to the train station. The Ginza line is convenient to go to many places as well. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Property is fully equipped with all basic equipments. With 2 rooms within a suite, all family members have their own privacy, but also a communal space for dining. Love that the room itself has a washer/dryer!
