I used it late the night before because I had a business from the morning of the next day. It is a very ordinary business hotel. There is no need or no need. However, if you raise the difficulty, there is no outlet on the bedside, so it may be a little inconvenient to charge the smartphone while sleeping. What I thought was not necessary was breakfast. This time, I was able to stay at a fairly cheap price in the plan with breakfast, but 1200 yen is too high with that quality. If you are worried about what to do with breakfast, I will never recommend it. The meal itself is also rough, but the distance from the next seat is narrow, and there is no partition with acrylic plates, so it is a distance that is concerned in the crowded time zone. It may be a setting that doesn't talk during meals, but the venue is small, so the distance from the next door is too close, and I hesitated to use it. It was good to have a paper cup so that you can bring coffee back to the room. Parking is supposed to use the municipal parking lot next door, but it is more convenient to park on the third floor connected to the deck of the station for those with a lot of luggage.

I went for the first time ● room I only had a reservation for a smoking room, so it was that room, but more than I imagined, the smell of cigarettes was stained in the room, and it was very smelly. I really enjoyed my stay at this brand new hotel. Although it has been open for a couple of months, they have kept everything spotless. The lobby with open fire is beautiful and a comfortable area to have a drink and relax. The room itself was also incredibly clean and everything worked well including the WiFi. The hanten jackets were in the colours of the Ukranian flag which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant in the evening. The public bath was a nice place to soak after dinner. Service was good although it's clear the team was new and still training - I am sure this will change in time. Small criticim is there was no room service menu in the room. This was fine as it was on the TV but navigating to the menu needed Japanese skills. The architecture and general design is fantastic, as are the fittings and the carpets are just beautiful - same as all new IHG properties I think.

We stayed here for Ueda sightseeing and breakfast purposes ２. There was also a free parking lot by the station, the cheapest standard single, but it was a beautiful room with a good size for the price. It looks like a new building, but it seems to be an unexpected number of years, and it may be no choice but to be a little bit hectic. I stayed for a long time, but the basics are not cleaned and you can slow down at the hotel. Breakfast is not much, but it is mainly served as ”Sanada Meshi” and ”Apple black curry” as local meshi, and both are delicious. I think it is a hotel that is easy to stay in cars and trains.

The front desk 竹村, on June 18th 10:50, she told us there’s no pick up service after check out (there is), without offering any assistance to deliver our bags to the station. We feel that the staffs are poorly trained when it comes to the hotel facility nor their communication skills. The hotel itself is highly enjoyable especially the hot spring! Everything is brand new and the surroundings are epic! I’m sorry to have to minus one star because of 竹村’s poor reaction to customers’ requests.

For a business hotel, I was surprised by a fairly luxurious lobby. The underground parking lot is convenient, but it is difficult to stop, so I used the parking lot outside. The room was upgraded and comfortable in a room with a sofa. The location was good and we had a satisfactory stay.

The dishes were delicious, but above all, the open-air bath ”unnosuke” (the name was derived from the castle site of the same name in the field) was pleasant. The lobby heating is a pellet stove, and the hot spring is heated by the back mountain firewood.

One of the hotels I don't want to teach a few of them. I renovated the place where it was the original 々 store and was in the hotel, but I had a good sense and stayed in New York well, but I feel like I remind you of that time. The size is sufficient and the amenities are substantial. The Japanese room I stayed in also has floor heating, so comfortable and so reasonable hotel is the first time. Usually stay in a foreign hotel chain, but it doesn't pull at all. The staff is also very friendly and polite. I would like to come again.
