I used it late the night before because I had a business from the morning of the next day. It is a very ordinary business hotel. There is no need or no need. I used it as a couple in the last week of August. While the infection of the corona was not calming down, we received a polite response in general. Dinner had a lot of items and was very delicious. Breakfast was in the dining room, but the seats are well spaced and clean, so you can rest assured. The bath is not large, but there is an open-air bath and you can enjoy the hot spring-like smell. At Misakakan, you need to move about 50m to change elevators on the 5th floor. When you go out on the veranda, you can look down at Shiota-daira. The entrance is not very wide. The front desk 竹村, on June 18th 10:50, she told us there’s no pick up service after check out (there is), without offering any assistance to deliver our bags to the station. We feel that the staffs are poorly trained when it comes to the hotel facility nor their communication skills. The hotel itself is highly enjoyable especially the hot spring! Everything is brand new and the surroundings are epic! I’m sorry to have to minus one star because of 竹村’s poor reaction to customers’ requests.
