I used it late the night before because I had a business from the morning of the next day. It is a very ordinary business hotel. There is no need or no need. However, if you raise the difficulty, there is no outlet on the bedside, so it may be a little inconvenient to charge the smartphone while sleeping. If you are worried about what to do with breakfast, I will never recommend it. The meal itself is also rough, but the distance from the next seat is narrow, and there is no partition with acrylic plates, so it is a distance that is concerned in the crowded time zone. It may be a setting that doesn't talk during meals, but the venue is small, so the distance from the next door is too close, and I hesitated to use it. It was good to have a paper cup so that you can bring coffee back to the room. Parking is supposed to use the municipal parking lot next door, but it is more convenient to park on the third floor connected to the deck of the station for those with a lot of luggage.

The dishes were delicious, but above all, the open-air bath ”unnosuke” (the name was derived from the castle site of the same name in the field) was pleasant. The lobby heating is a pellet stove, and the hot spring is heated by the back mountain firewood.

I really enjoyed my stay at this brand new hotel. Although it has been open for a couple of months, they have kept everything spotless. The lobby with open fire is beautiful and a comfortable area to have a drink and relax. The room itself was also incredibly clean and everything worked well including the WiFi. The hanten jackets were in the colours of the Ukranian flag which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant in the evening. The public bath was a nice place to soak after dinner. Service was good although it's clear the team was new and still training - I am sure this will change in time. Small criticim is there was no room service menu in the room. This was fine as it was on the TV but navigating to the menu needed Japanese skills. The architecture and general design is fantastic, as are the fittings and the carpets are just beautiful - same as all new IHG properties I think.

The front desk 竹村, on June 18th 10:50, she told us there’s no pick up service after check out (there is), without offering any assistance to deliver our bags to the station. We feel that the staffs are poorly trained when it comes to the hotel facility nor their communication skills. The hotel itself is highly enjoyable especially the hot spring! Everything is brand new and the surroundings are epic! I’m sorry to have to minus one star because of 竹村’s poor reaction to customers’ requests.

We stayed here for Ueda sightseeing and breakfast purposes ２. There was also a free parking lot by the station, the cheapest standard single, but it was a beautiful room with a good size for the price. It looks like a new building, but it seems to be an unexpected number of years, and it may be no choice but to be a little bit hectic. I stayed for a long time, but the basics are not cleaned and you can slow down at the hotel. Breakfast is not much, but it is mainly served as ”Sanada Meshi” and ”Apple black curry” as local meshi, and both are delicious. I think it is a hotel that is easy to stay in cars and trains.

I used it as a couple in the last week of August. While the infection of the corona was not calming down, we received a polite response in general. Dinner had a lot of items and was very delicious. Breakfast was in the dining room, but the seats are well spaced and clean, so you can rest assured. The bath is not large, but there is an open-air bath and you can enjoy the hot spring-like smell. At Misakakan, you need to move about 50m to change elevators on the 5th floor. When you go out on the veranda, you can look down at Shiota-daira. The entrance is not very wide. When you park your car, the staff will stop you in the parking lot. I checked the image of the drive recorder, but it was being driven carefully.
