I used it late the night before because I had a business from the morning of the next day. It is a very ordinary business hotel. There is no need or no need. It may be a setting that doesn't talk during meals, but the venue is small, so the distance from the next door is too close, and I hesitated to use it. It was good to have a paper cup so that you can bring coffee back to the room. Parking is supposed to use the municipal parking lot next door, but it is more convenient to park on the third floor connected to the deck of the station for those with a lot of luggage.

Our stay at the hotel was great! Being a Marriott Bonvoy member allowed us a nice upgrade for our room. Onsite staff spoke English very well. The room was very orderly and spacious. Also, this Marriott was one of the few hotels I have been to that had the room allergy ready when I told them I was allergic to feathers on the reservation. The free beverages (beer, wine, cocktails, juice, and soda) and hot meals during the membership lounge time were nice. The public bath was very clean and relaxing. The management team went above and beyond! We asked the doorman to arrange a taxi to get to a local restaurant. Instead, he worked with the assistant manager, who told us he would personally drive us to the restaurant (even included a return trip!) The breakfast buffet was excellent and had both American and Japanese fare. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family who visit the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this brand new hotel. Although it has been open for a couple of months, they have kept everything spotless. The lobby with open fire is beautiful and a comfortable area to have a drink and relax. The room itself was also incredibly clean and everything worked well including the WiFi. The hanten jackets were in the colours of the Ukranian flag which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant in the evening. The public bath was a nice place to soak after dinner. Service was good although it's clear the team was new and still training - I am sure this will change in time. Small criticim is there was no room service menu in the room. This was fine as it was on the TV but navigating to the menu needed Japanese skills. The architecture and general design is fantastic, as are the fittings and the carpets are just beautiful - same as all new IHG properties I think.

For a business hotel, I was surprised by a fairly luxurious lobby. The underground parking lot is convenient, but it is difficult to stop, so I used the parking lot outside. The room was upgraded and comfortable in a room with a sofa. The location was good and we had a satisfactory stay.

The front desk 竹村, on June 18th 10:50, she told us there’s no pick up service after check out (there is), without offering any assistance to deliver our bags to the station. We feel that the staffs are poorly trained when it comes to the hotel facility nor their communication skills. The hotel itself is highly enjoyable especially the hot spring! Everything is brand new and the surroundings are epic! I’m sorry to have to minus one star because of 竹村’s poor reaction to customers’ requests.

I stayed to visit my parents' grave. I made a reservation in Jalan, so I wrote a review immediately after staying, but about Wi-Fi that I thought was difficult to connect. I have a problem with the Windows 7. At the latest hotel I stayed at Ishigaki Island a few days ago, it was in the same condition and I had a consecutive night, so when I consulted with the front desk, I took all the methods and finally connected with the staff's iPhone in my room. Even at the route inn, I remembered that I was connected by the sofa in front of the front desk at the end, and when I tried it at the hotel there, I was connected. I'm really sorry for my fault. I walked around Yanagimachi on foot from here, but the old streets were nice and the lotus flowers were the most beautiful.
