The meal itself is also rough, but the distance from the next seat is narrow, and there is no partition with acrylic plates, so it is a distance that is concerned in the crowded time zone. It may be a setting that doesn't talk during meals, but the venue is small, so the distance from the next door is too close, and I hesitated to use it. It was good to have a paper cup so that you can bring coffee back to the room. Parking is supposed to use the municipal parking lot next door, but it is more convenient to park on the third floor connected to the deck of the station for those with a lot of luggage.

The temperature adjustment is only about 1 mm The temperature difference is intense, and it is very difficult to use it because it is wet when it is 1 mm lower. In addition, the large bath of the woman was located at the washbasin of the dressing room, so if you can, I would like to thank you that the shampoo of the large bath was placed in the same place. ● Meals I ate breakfast for two days, but the white rice was pasappasa, and there were some delicious side dishes, but I felt that there were more things that were not very good. ● Overall impression The building, facilities are old, the meal is not so comfortable and honest I couldn't spend it. But the staff was kind and nice.

I stayed at the annual meeting at the workplace. The dishes were delicious, but above all, the open-air bath ”unnosuke” (the name was derived from the castle site of the same name in the field) was pleasant. The lobby heating is a pellet stove, and the hot spring is heated by the back mountain firewood.

I really enjoyed my stay at this brand new hotel. Although it has been open for a couple of months, they have kept everything spotless. The lobby with open fire is beautiful and a comfortable area to have a drink and relax. The room itself was also incredibly clean and everything worked well including the WiFi. The hanten jackets were in the colours of the Ukranian flag which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant in the evening. The public bath was a nice place to soak after dinner. Service was good although it's clear the team was new and still training - I am sure this will change in time. Small criticim is there was no room service menu in the room. This was fine as it was on the TV but navigating to the menu needed Japanese skills. The architecture and general design is fantastic, as are the fittings and the carpets are just beautiful - same as all new IHG properties I think.

Design hotel space is a nice gem. It was a cold winter when we were there. The hotel feels like a warehouse converted into 2 levels. The ceiling in the toilet is not tall. One thing i liked about the hotel is the heater. It is strong and makes the room comfortable at 1 degree outside the hotel. It is about 10 mins walk from the outlet shopping mall. One advice is to finish your shopping in the outlet before the sky turns dark. Reason is because there are no lighting (pitch dark) when we were walking along the street to the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I am at karuizawa with the affordable price and comfortable room.

For a business hotel, I was surprised by a fairly luxurious lobby. The underground parking lot is convenient, but it is difficult to stop, so I used the parking lot outside. The room was upgraded and comfortable in a room with a sofa. The location was good and we had a satisfactory stay.
