When we arrived late on the same day, our original room was no longer available, so the owner kindly arranged for us to stay in another hotel under their management. While we appreciated their helpfulness, the new location was farther from where we initially booked, and the room's condition wasn’t quite what we had expected. Unfortunately, both of us experienced bed bug bites after our stay. Despite this, the owner was very accommodating. Since we didn’t have a local phone number, she even helped us book a Didi (we paid her for this, but the gesture was thoughtful). She also gave us excellent tips, like visiting the heritage site at night to enjoy the lights. However, we found it difficult to capture good photos in the low light, so we’d recommend going in the late afternoon to experience both day and night views.

很熱情，有種賓至如歸的感覺。電視機衹能收到本地縣區台，其他台都收不到，看不到新聞時事，感覺缺了點什麼，很不習慣。

居住的房間乾淨衞生，叔叔阿姨親切熱情。離烏鎮景區入口很近，附近有很多飯店和漢服租賃粧造店，非常方便，下次再來烏鎮還會入住的
