WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! We were made to pay a large extra fee to obtain a room with a kitchen even though that was plainly described and shown in photos on our pre-paid booking. But the worst part was that, having asked for management to review the evidence and consider a refund, when we later met the manager, instead of advocating and working to resolve the obvious mistake in a customer-friendly way, she was argumentative, and tried to blame us for not realising the listing was misleading. Angered at the suggestion she might receive a bad review, she threatened legal action and followed us onto the street shouting that she would lock us out of the hotel. Later, she attempted to shift the blame for the misleading information onto the Trip.com website, refused any sort of refund for the extra charges, and made false accusations about our behaviour. Just wow! Needless to say, the whole experience ruined our stay and our holiday.

酒店在圖文巴市中心，旁邊就是購物中心，有大型超市和餐館，也有一家韓國超市，可以買到包子饅頭方便麪等食品，酒店房間內有微波爐，有電磁爐，鍋碗瓢盆，可以自己做飯，挺方便的，也有停車場。

Great to stay in Toowoomba City. The bathroom, while clean, was tired with a step over shower. Aircon only in living room not bedroom.

I really valued the staff!! Stayed here post-surgery as I couldn't mobilise at home. The staff were all extremely helpful, respectful & friendly. They were all ready to help whenever they saw me, They even went out to buy a new shower chair for me to use as they were not happy with the one they had in storage. I couldn't be more happy with the service. Thankyou all ♥️

Great location inner city, but very small room. Would have been ok if only staying one night. Bathroom could do with a refresh, and a good clean. No view from our room, but was cheap enough.

This was a very comfortable place to stay and quite roomy.
My only complaint really was the shower didn't look like it had been cleaned as there was soap scum on the glass. Also, the milk supplied was off, however it was over the Chris**as public holidays.

The staff and location were excellent, and the room itself was clean and functional. We really enjoyed our stay. We want to note that the shower door and framing plus the kitchenette sink are in desperate need of replacement, however, as they are mouldy and rust stained.

The property was in a great location with easy access to everything. The apar**ent was very run down and dated, it would definitely benefit from a coat of paint and new carpets. The carpets especially were filthy.
