If you are looking for first-class customer service, this is the place! We were super disappointed that the hot tub was closed. It was the only reason we chose this hotel over a competing hotel. HOWEVER, I spoke to the management and they went above and beyond to make it up to us. Thank you!

We were disappointed by the lack of drinkable water. This issue should have been conveyed other than by an obscure sign. I hope no guests get ill from unknowingly drinking the water that they should not be drinking. Hampton should have provided bottled water to their thirsty guests.

Close to the event we were in town for, room was clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good!

The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The best rest I have had in a long time.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The room was great plenty of space and I wanted to give 5 stars but the bed was not comfortable at all. Some may say it was great, but for me it didn’t pass the comfortable test.

Retta was the best front desk person I have ever seen. She handled many challenges with grace and kindness! It was a good stay for us.
