Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan

This place has a swanky lower-slash-old Toronto thing going on. I suspect that it was cheap at this time due to the condo construction going on nearby. It had a robe, though, which means that it ranks pretty high on my list.

Hotel located at convenient area of downtown. Many restaurants and businesses around hotel. Room was really clean with plenty of space. Friendly staff.

They were supposed to be call or text when the room is ready but they didn’t. The front desk lady could be more better professional additude. But over all we enjoyed the room.

this property was SPECTACULAR! the service and friendliness of the staff as well as its prime location in downtown toronto. i do have a couple of “bad” things to say about the property and those are: 1. if you’re driving yourself to the property, it is a little hard to find and easily missed if you’re not paying complete and utter attention. there’s also a lot of construction nearby and several streets are closed because of this. 2. the property advertises parking, and there is, but its public garages nearby, not valet. at least, not any that i could find upon my arrival. there are two that i saw within a minute’s walk. 3. i called the front desk three times all at different times and received no answer. asides from that, i would stay again. the accommodations were exquisite and the actual room was a dream.

The staff at the property will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. However the room and doorway are showing age and needs a upgrade

Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my room was not ready despite the agreed-upon check-in time. This inconvenience was exacerbated by the non-functional TV in the room, adding to the disappoin**ent of our stay. Seeking an explanation for the delay, I approached the manager, Saudi, only to be met with a level of hostility and unprofessionalism that was unexpected and unacceptable. Despite voicing my frustration politely, I was taken aback by the defensive and dismissive attitude displayed by Saudi. It was evident that my concerns were not taken seriously, and instead of addressing the issue, I was made to feel unwelcome and insignificant. What struck me most was not just my own experience, but the realization that other guests had faced similar issues, as highlighted in previous reviews. It is disheartening to see a pattern of poor service persisting despite feedback from customers. As someone who understands the importance of delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry, I expected more from your staff at the executive. The only thing, the front desk is very small. I waited for 30 mins to be serve. The check in didn’t work this day.
