The Bay Suites - Entertainment Dist

Awful property and the management staff is awful. No lights works , the toilet was broken, smashed mirrors , trim pieces , mold in closets, a lady was in the room when we arrived. I also paid extra 30.00 for a parking spot. Was given two different spots options... both that had cars in them and ended paying again for overnight parking as it was getting close to our reservation time and we needed to get ready and parked. Then at 12am I get a call for the bay suites staff asking if I am staying the night. I was already in bed , checked in. Awful

Poor organization with parking, it took us an hour to get our parking spots we paid for in advance because the spaces we were in use or not available when we arrived. Someone was in the spot I was designated, and conierge didnt seem to be aware of the arrangement. The rugs were stained and filthy in every room of the condo that hard carpeting, never washed. The unit had two showers, one shower was broken so we had to share that between five people. We reported it to the condo and was never able to get it fixed because there was only one key, which we had and all of us were away all-day during working hours which was the only time they could send someone. We only had one key to share between our group of five which made it very inconvenient for everyone coming and going to the condo. It took a lot of unecessary coordinating rather than if we'd just gotten a hotel and had key cards to tap in. You'd think they would at least leave a second key. Property was staged nice, having kitchen and entertainment along with laundry was nice compared to what you'd get with normal hotel but I don't think I'll be returning next year.

Please note that the guests had a hard time getting to floor number 6, they were directed to the wrong elevator by the desk clerk. After asking again and the desk clerk still not helping, another person (not an employee) helped. There were no blankets for the second bed, and no way to plug in a device if you have no block (no usb outlets). There was continuous beeping for most of the stay from an alarm; after 2 days of hitting 1234 override, it stopped on the final night on its own. The location, however, is absolute perfection; short walk to sports arenas (hockey, baseball) and the CN Tower.

This property was disorganized, took over almost an hour to just get to our room and check in. The booking is listed incorrectly. Nothing but issues

Very cool atmosphere! Staff are amazing and always communicating. The unit is impeccable with an impressive view. Clean and quiet and excellent service and price direct . I enjoyed

From the moment I booked this night on ******* I grew a bit concerned. I was demanded to give my passport information by link. Then as I arrived at the property only security officers who told me I didn’t have the right link. I chased the property owner only to be asked for a $300 deposit on a room I had just paid in full at ******* for roughly the same cost. I had to argue with them to give me the code to get to my room. The room was in poor condition with cracked mirrors, missing fixtures, and a non-working remote. Any thought you might have of staying in a live place with good service should be dashed. I would avoid this property and spend similar to get a nearby hotel.

It was only okay I rather stay at a hotel that I can have breakfast in the morning and doesn't have surprise fees

The place location is very ideal, very near Union station. Check-in was absolutely easy and the staffs were very quick to respond! The apartment was relatively small, but comes with everything like at home. It's not a hotel though, more like short-term apartment rent. However, it has a problem with cleanliness. The floor and sofa was full of dirt; Couple cracks and peels on the floor; furniture also has broken parts and dirt; window blinds are not fully covered. Though, the bed and washroom was clean so I was okay with that. I would come back but would expect better cleaning services from the property.

We enjoyed the place, it is near CN Tower and Ripleys Aquarium. The place is clean with a cozy ambiance. It was a great experience for us to stay in this place.
