The hotel was wonderful so relaxing. The staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable nothing was to much trouble. We had a wonderful stay although the menu was the same all week it would have been nice to have a change but u could ask for other things. Breakfast was good & had everything u could want buffet style.

Lovely stay at this luxury hotel on the coast. Staff were all delightfully kind and friendly. Food excellent - sumptuous breakfast and delicious dinners. We also ate in the restaurant in the gardens overlooking the sea at lunchtime and it was fabulous too. We had a spacious and very comfortable room with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Spa and massages also highly recommended. Plenty of room around the lovely big pool.

The attention to detail from the staff was the best we have ever experienced. So attentive to everything you may need, especially Patricia who welcomed us so warmly and from the minute we arrived, but all the staff from cleaners to reception staff always said hello and smiled whenever you saw them. Beautiful hotel and grounds with the beach literally on your doorstep and a fantastic restaurant. Spa is stunning and has everything you could need - the massage was amazing and worth every euro. Would absolutely return, we have stayed in many places but this is by far the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful and relaxing hotel.

Perfection! I would give this hotel 10 stars if it was an option. Driving through the gates to the hotel you’ll know it’s going to special. From the bell staff to the front reception, Matteo, Patrizia and Georgia, the service is exemplary. No task is too much for them nor is it ever a bother. The hotel is warm and inviting; we were greeted with drinks and snacks. It is only 2 stories so it feels more like a private club than a hotel. The restaurant was superb, the pool and large lawn area were as well. The beach was a bit rocky but we walked next door. The staff at the Canne Bianche goes above and beyond to cater to your every need, indoors and out. Our suite was lovely and was certainly ample for 3 adults. The additional bathroom was a plus. We had a double balcony with a distant view of the sea. Housekeeping was discreet and 2x daily leaving treats at bedtime. Ahhhh how I wish I was there now. I hope to return as this was not only a warm, comfortable and exceptional hotel but certainly a 5 star one as well. Thank you Canne Biachi!

We went all out this early Spring (2024) and stayed one week at Bianche and we did not regret the experience. The staff were so friendly, the food lovely, the wine list outstanding and the pool just one of the best. if there has to be one negative it was the size of the rooms; compare with the price they were very small indeed. The kitchen school activity was outstanding. When you know you have to plash out; go here!

Yeah, book this place, it’s worth it!! Andrea and Matteo very helpful!! The restaurant here is top notch breakfast lunch and dinner. A very nice pool, no beach access, that’s another area. The bath was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. I visited in the hottest part of July and the room was always at a nice temperature

The front office staff were EXCEPTIONAL, especially Matteo. Our bags were lost en-route and the staff managed to own the process and track them down. Then organised a courier to go and pick them up so we wouldn't be without them. When the bags arrived, they were damaged. They also helped with understanding the process and spent hours on the phone on our behalf. THEY WERE AMAZING! The locations was amazing. Very casual feel and nothing was too much trouble. Food and drinks were great. Pool area was wonderful. There wasn't much beach, but you could still swim in the ocean. We like A LOT OF SPACE when we're on holidays and were worried that one room wouldn't be enough for the 4 of us, but the rooms were spacious, we were able to comfortably fit in the one large room with it's outdoor area and our own pool. Would highly recommend staying there. It's a great base for your Puglia adventures.

We have just returned home having spent a wonderful week at the Canne Bianche. We were expecting it to be good having read previous reviews, but it exceeded all expectations. It’s fabulously luxurious and high end but totally unpretentious and relaxed. The staff are exceptionally attentive, professional and so friendly. If you are looking for a hotel in this area then you simply must stay here!

We had an absolutely exceptional 5 day stay at Canne Bianche. The property itself is gorgeous, the restaurants are outstanding, and the service at every level, from housekeeping to front desk staff to servers at the restaurants, is first-rate. Our master suite was spacious and comfortable including a large private balcony with comfortable seating and a plunge pool.The staff are so friendly and helpful, arranging car rentals, private boat trips, and providing restaurant recommendations. The hotel is very conveniently located in Torre Canne making it easy to do short excursions to Monopoli, Polignano a Mare,Alberobello, Ostuni, etc. While we loved exploring Puglia we were also so happy to return to Canne Bianche as the pool area overlooking g the beach is absolutely lovely. We would recommended this hotel without hesitation while visiting the Puglia area and plan to return ourselves.
